★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The right place to come even if you just started yoga. The studio is clean, it has quite a complete props selections and even a yoga wall!
The teacher is very patient, knowledgeable and professional. They even have theraphy class for issues such as back pain and private classes for individual or a small group.
I would recommend anyone to come and try this studio even if you are a beginner or have been practicing yoga for quite some time.
To ensure your spot in the class I recommend contacting them to book your class first before coming because they have limited number of people in a class, especially during this pandemic. They also clean their equipment after every class for safety reasons.
They also have online class just in case there are restrictions from the government due to the pandemic and some of the stident
