★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the hotel is good, the staff is friendly, the room is always cleaned every day, but something needs to be fixed, please have a more varied breakfast every day and the sandals from the hotel make my feet hurt, please fix it. Overall nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a good stay (def. will go back again). Friendly staffs and nice & clean building. Improvements to consider are choices of breakfast and privacy of the room (I can even hear a conversation from my next-door room!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 3rd times stay here, wifi strength signal was very good, it help during this pandemic era to do a online meeting.
I stayed at studio 23 now, both room and bath room is quite clean. Sadly they didn't have a ceiling fan to absorb air from the bath room ?.
They have a good parking area, at the basement and sideway to the hotel building..
Nice to stay there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissappointed that no information that the pool is limited to 1 room only, yet we have to make reservation. My kids were disappointed, so do I.
Good think, they provide with good supporting staff.
So, if you are family with kids that looking for pool for your kids, better to find other hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite good, the sheets and rooms are clean. There is a nice mountain view as well. However, when staying here my parents asked for two mineral botol yet they had to wait for an hour or two that is after calling the receptionist 4 times, they finally deliver it to them. The breakfast was okay, not much choices there. The room and lobby itself is artsy, and so photographable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super good! This hotel is clean, the service was outstanding. I booked room type Studio 23, and it is quite spacious. I requested a room which has a mountain view, and I got it. This hotel is artistic and has some instagramable corner, also a cute bar & dining. It has a big slide which connecting M floor to lobby, and my daughter love it so much. Breakfast is buffet, the food is quite tasty, but not too vary. The pool is small, the parking lot is outside the hotel area but still near. Around the hotel, you can find so many food truck and restaurant. If you're a food lover, then this hotel is a right place for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel with unique design and concept. They have dolce gusto in each room and their rooms are quite artistic. They also have big slide from mezzanine to ground floor. Kids usually insterested in this feature. However their parking area is not spacious because they located near to main road.

I stayed one night with my family, the facilities are quite good, the service is not too bad. there are some inputs for your hotel.
- The first : breakfast menu should be improved a little about taste but for variants it is good.
- Second : when swimming, we must make a reservation. it's good for regulation during the pandemic, but please inform me at the beginning of check-in. my child has already entered the swimming pool but the officers are prohibited because they have to make a reservation first. my son was disappointed because he just entered the pool and had to go back up. so please fix the SOP for hotel regulatory notices during the pandemic so that guests don't feel disappointed.
- the third : sound from the next room is very audible maybe because the room divider is too thin and the voices of the people in the next room can be heard clearly, this might disturb privacy. but overall your hotel is good but with a note there must be improvement.
I hope I can come back even better.
