β β β β β Sometimes long waiting, limited copies, no scanning or taking photographs, some staff in reading room sometimes not that interested. Pity. Could be better. Collection good .

β β β β β Very resourceful. The staffs are helpful & very polite in serving the guests. It's also reachable with TransJakarta, only 50 m from the shelter. Unfortunately the documents are not digitally recorded. The users need to look for the documents through printed catalogue.

β β β β β Very helpful staff, they offer document restoration here for free for the victims of flooding in Jakarta. The service is pretty good, prompt and good result. They have their own dry chamber and the equipment is quite impressive.

β β β β β The best place for research purposes, particularly those whom looking for archives about Indonesia. History students usually visit this place like its their second 'home' when final assignment (thesis, etc) is coming. I just have one minor critic about this place ; the water bucket in woman's toilet on Mushola is squalid. They could do better with that, perhaps by cleaning it regularly. Not just the floors.
