★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bengkel berada di dalam Sentral Onderdil BSD, letaknya agak dibelakang, cat depan bengkel berwarna kuning. Pelayanan yang diberikan sangat memuaskan, semua keluhan di cek satu persatu, paham akan masalah dan hasil kerjanya rapih. Mekaniknya pun ramah dan informatif. Harga jasa yang ditawarkan juga bersaing dengan bengkel lainnya.
 The workshop is located inside the BSD Auto Parts Central, it is located a little behind, the front paint of the workshop is yellow. The service provided is very satisfying, all complaints are checked one by one, understand the problem and the results of his work are neat. The mechanics are friendly and informative. The price of the services offered is also competitive with other workshops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalam disini bilagn ada keluhan gini2, minta di tune up cuman di bersihin throttle body dan ruang bakar. semprot nya pake botol sisa tapi di charge 1 botol. gak merasa puas dengan hasil padahal baca2 di internet spesialis suzuki. Bilagn suara kasar cuman di bilang siap2 kalau rusak
The experience here says there are complaints about this, ask for a tune up, only to clean the throttle body and combustion chamber. the spray uses the leftover bottle but 1 bottle is charged. I am not satisfied with the results even though I have read on the internet by Suzuki specialists. Saying a rough voice just says be ready if it breaks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bengkel khusus suzuki, rekomended sih walaupun tempatnya ga begitu luas tapi masih ada warung2 makanan untuk nunggu. Pekerjaannya rapih, di cek semua, pelayanan juga oke, ramah, dan komunikatif. Bagus deh
Special workshop for Suzuki, recommended even though the place is not that big but there are still food stalls to wait for. The work is neat, everything is checked, the service is also okay, friendly, and communicative. Great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suzuki Jimny turun mesin setengah, dioper ke bengkel sebelah. Habis hampir 4jt. kerja gak dikontrol, kurang detil. Muncul masalah kecil kecil. Setelah ganti oli pertama harusnya garansi setel klep gratis. Ini nyetel klep aja gak bisa, setel delco gak bisa, disuruh ganti delco/ apgret CDI. padahal bayar pun saya gak minta diskon. Udah ni bengkel dibayar paling mahal, giliran datang kesana lagi untuk dimintain tolong aja susahnya minta ampun. terkesan malas ngurusin, pasang muka bete. Padahal hasil kerjaan, ya kerjaan dia juga. Ngakunya garansi, tapi... ya gitu, diberesin memang.. tapi gak pernah tuntas.
Akhirnya "nyebokin" beresin yang kecil kecil ini di bengkel pinggir jalan raya. Alhasil... harga lebih manusiawi, jauh lebih puas hasilnya.
Kesimpulan :
bengkel punya reputasi tapi sayangnya terlalu "Overrated", nama besar TIDAK menjamin kualitas bagus...
The Suzuki Jimny got off the engine halfway, passed it to the workshop next door. It's almost 4 million. work is not controlled, lack of detail. A small little problem arose. After the first oil change, there should be a free valve adjustment guarantee. I just can't adjust the valve, I can't set the delco, I was told to change the delco/apgret CDI. Even though I paid, I didn't ask for a discount. This workshop is already paid the most expensive, it's your turn to come there again to ask for help, it's hard to ask for forgiveness. seem lazy to take care of it, put on a bad face. Even though the results of his work, yes his work too. Claimed to be under warranty, but... yes, it was fixed... but never finished.
Finally "dreamed" this tiny little one at a roadside workshop. As a result, the price is more humane, the results are much more satisfying.
Conclusion :
workshop has a reputation but unfortunately too "Overrated", big names DO NOT guarantee good quality...
