★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pesan gas 5.5 kg yg pink kemarin, lalu katanya kurir lg keluar, jd dikabarin, tp ga dikabari2n sampai jam 6.30, aku wa2 terus baru dijawab, kemudian hari ini aku pesan pagi ga bisa jadi sore jam 5 pesan, balasannya kurir dijalan jg mau tunggu balik,jd ga diantarin, sy tunggu2 sampai malam, ini mau usaha apa ga???? Jangan permainkan orang gini, kalo ga mau anterin ya jangan janji donk, keterlaluan.
Saya Bu Suryani, bukan bapak. Ada itikad baik dari Aqua Serpong untuk meminta maaf keesokan harinya, jadi masih boleh lah , hanya saya tlg next tingkatkan pelayanannya, agar tak ada kejadia lg, gas penting krn sy masak tiap hari.STILL RECOMMENDED.
I ordered the pink 5.5 kg gas yesterday, then he said the courier was out again, so he was informed, but he wasn't notified until 6.30, I just kept getting answered, then today I ordered in the morning it couldn't be in the afternoon at 5, the courier replied on the road too wait for it to come back, so it's not delivered, I'll wait until the evening, what kind of business do you want to do? Don't play with people like this, if you don't want to deliver, don't make promises, it's too much.
I am Mrs. Suryani, not father. There was good faith from Aqua Serpong to apologize the next day, so it's still okay, only next time I will improve the service, so that nothing happens again, gas is important because I cook every day. STILL RECOMMENDED.
