Alasan yg pertama privasi tidak dijaga ,datang ditempat service sekitar jam 16.15 wib handphone saya tinggal ,tetapi pukul 16.30 akun google saya bisa memberikan ulasan positif di Google iservice ,ternyta oknum iservice lancang memakai akun Google saya untuk memberi ulasan palsu dan setelah saya tanya langsung kesalahsatu oknum bilang tidak tau dan disitu ada owner nya ,mereka disana tidak mengakui perbuatannya .
Setelah saya pergi saya baru dapat whatsapp dari owner minta maaf atas KESALAH PAHAMAN ,padahal jelas2 itu kesalahan mereka lancang menyalahgunakan privasi customer .
Kenapa tidak minta maaf langsung pada saat saya tanyakan ?
Saya baru tau akun saya dipakai setelah sehari saya ambil handphone ada email masuk yg memberi tahu saya ,akun Google saya telah memberi ulasan di Google iservice.
Poin ke 2 saya berniat ganti housing iphone 11 saya ,housing dari saya sendiri dan mereka mengiyakan ,saya juga meninggalkan no tlfon yg bisa dihubungi kalau sewaktu2 ada masalah dengan housing/handphone saya ,FYI sebelum ganti housing handphone saya normal tidak ada masalah sama sekali ,oknum iservice dari awal tidak memberi tahu resiko terburuk kalau ganti housing karena saya percaya mereka ahlinya ,ternyata setelah diganti housing handphone saya yg katanya mereka ngebug saya kembalikan kesana, diperbaiki tapi begitu lagi dengan alibi nyalahin housing yg tidak ORI ,saya rugi waktu dan tenaga karena bolak balik kesana dengan hasil yg nihil .handphone saya tetap ngebug dan tidak bisa dipakai sama sekali
Poin ke tiga ,saya membawa handphone saya yg rusak itu ke tempat saya pertama membeli untuk menanyakan apanya yg rusak ,dan ternyta mereka bilang pasang ngawur tidak hati2 banyak part hilang dan LCD saya rusak ,tombol silent rusak ,tombol Down rusak . Saya kembali lagi ke iservice dan mereka menyarankan ganti LCD 950rb dengan alibi mereka ikut mengganti separo harga ,yg merupakan kesalahan sana tapi saya harus mengeluarkan uang 950rb tidak semua orang punya uang jumlah segitu ,padahal kita tidak tau yg mau diganti LCD ori/tidak baru/second ,
Dan sampai handphone saya ambil dengan kondisi tetap rusak mereka tidak ada etika untuk minta maaf karena merusak handphone saya .
The service here is not recommended at all
The first reason is that privacy is not maintained, I arrived at the service place at around 16.15 WIB, my cellphone was left, but at 16.30 my google account was able to give a positive review on Google iservice, it turned out that iservice people were presumptuous to use my Google account to give fake reviews and after I asked one of them directly The person said he didn't know and there was the owner there, they didn't admit what he had done.
After I left I just got a whatsapp from the owner apologizing for the misunderstanding, even though it was clear that it was their fault that they were presumptuous of abusing customer privacy.
Why not apologize directly when I ask?
I just found out that my account is being used after a day when I took my cellphone there was an incoming email telling me that my Google account had given a review on Google iservice.
The 2nd point I intend to replace my iPhone 11 housing, housing from myself and they said yes, I also left a telephone number that can be contacted if at any time there is a problem with my housing / cellphone, FYI before changing my cellphone housing there was no problem at all, iservice people from the beginning did not tell me the worst risk if changing housing because I believe they are experts, it turns out that after replacing my cellphone housing, which they said they bugged, I returned it there, repaired it but again with the alibi of blaming the housing that is not ORI, I lost time and energy because back and forth there with no results. my cellphone is still buggy and can't be used at all
The third point, I brought my damaged cellphone to the place where I first bought it to ask what was broken, and they said that the installation was careless, many parts were missing and my LCD was broken, the silent button was broken, the Down button was broken. I went back to iservice and they suggested replacing the LCD with 950k with their alibi, they also replaced half the price, which was a mistake there but I had to spend 950k not everyone has that amount of money, even though we don't know what to replace the original LCD/not new/ second ,
And until my cellphone was taken with the condition still damaged, they had no ethics to apologize for damaging my cellphone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas datang awal service karyawan nya ramah bgt, giliran pas mau klaim garansi mas2 nya agak nyolot gtu ngomongnya, terus ko pas klaim garansi malah makin rusak dan makin parah ya sekarang ghost touch nya , makin parah bgt.
When I arrived early, the service employees were very friendly, it was my turn when I wanted to claim the warranty, the mas2 was a bit stubborn, I said, then when I claimed the warranty it got even more damaged and worse, now the ghost touch is getting worse.
