★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan mengecewakan. Udah dateng lgsg perihal nmau swab hari sebelumnya, trus pas hari H udah telpon juga pas paginya buat reservasi. Eh pas dateng malem jam 07.00 untuk siap swab katanya nama belum terdaftar!! Lah yang tadi pagi saya telfon katanya dapet urutan 24 itu gimana ya??!! Pas DTG malah bilangnya ga terdaftar dan udah antrian 50 aja!! Tolong lah kerja yang bener!!!
Disappointing service. Already come lgsg about wanting to swab the day before, then on the day of the day I already called in the morning to make a reservation. Eh, when I arrived at 07.00 to be ready for the swab, he said the name was not registered !! I called this morning, he said, I got the order of 24, what do you think ?? !! When DTG even said it wasn't registered and I already queued for 50 !! Please do a good job !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian swabnya hanya 1 org, jdi dia swab, nge data, sampe nge print, jadi lumayan pr nunggu hasilnya, sedangkan pegawai dibawa 3 org ketawa ketiwi dan bkin kurang nyaman bgt, dan sblmnya udh nlp sore hari, udh daftar, cuma dibilang bawa ktp, ternyata pas sampe gda history daftar saya, dan harus fotocopy ktp. -_-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini gimana ya, saya rapid anti gen set8 malam katanya hasilnya akan dikirim via whatsapp dalam waktu 40 menit. Saya tungguin sampe jam 11 belum dikirim juga. Udah di tlp sampe 3x katanya hasilnya sudah keluar dan akan dikirim segera, tapi sampe besoknya tetep belum juga. Tolong banget kalo emang ga bisa dikirim malem itu juga bilang aja jadi saya Ga nungguin.
