β β β β β Tadi malem suami saya yang bernama Riccardo Eugeni memesan obat melalui grab health di apotik ini. Tidak lama kemudian ditelfon oleh kasir apotik kalau ada selisih harga. Akhirnya kita bahas di telfon kenapa bisa ada selisih eh ternyata kasir nya salah kasih harga dan harga yang ada di website tidak sesuai. Singkat cerita saya setuju untuk bayar selisih harga nya dan akan langsung memberikan ganti nya ke sopir grab. Waktu saya minta struk dari apotik nya mereka bilang tidak bisa sediakan struk, karena dari sistem tidak bisa print struk. Aneh deh? Akhirnya saya bilang saja kalau bisa di foto print screen saja kirim ke whatsapp saya sebagai bukti saja supaya semua enak, karena saya beli obat seharga 250.000. Kasir apotik tetep kekeuh tidak bisa kasih struk terus tiba-tiba di langsung cancel orderan di grab health dan telfon ditutup. Orang beli pecel lele aja online jaman sekarang pake struk ya? Kalau tidak bisa memberikan fisik struk kan bisa di kirim online? Supaya semua sama-sama enak. Parah nya lagi kasir sempet bilang "ya sudah silahkan di cancel saja bu orderan obat nya". Berani banget tuh kasir bilang kayak begitu lagi di jaman pandemi gini. Orang butuh obat, cepet dan seharusnya di bantu kok malah di persulit? Saya sebenarnya punya langganan apotik lain cuman kebetulan obat nya lagi habis. Pastinya ini yang pertama dan yang terakhir.
Last night, my husband, Riccardo Eugeni, ordered medicine through Grab Health at this pharmacy. Not long after, the pharmacy cashier called if there was a price difference. Finally, we discussed on the phone why there could be a difference, eh, it turns out that the cashier gave the wrong price and the prices on the website didn't match. Long story short, I agreed to pay the price difference and will immediately give the change to the grab driver. When I asked for a receipt from the pharmacy they said they couldn't provide the receipt, because the system couldn't print the receipt. Is it weird? Finally, I just said that if I could take a print screen photo, just send it to my whatsapp as proof so that everything is delicious, because I bought medicine for 250,000. The pharmacy cashier still insists that she can't give receipts and then suddenly cancels the order on Grab Health and the phone is closed. People just buy catfish pecel online nowadays using a receipt, right? If you can't provide a physical receipt, can it be sent online? So that all are equally delicious. Worse yet, the cashier said "yes, please just cancel the drug order, ma'am". How dare the cashier say that again in this pandemic era. People need medicine, hurry up and they should be helped, why is it even more difficult? I actually have a subscription to another pharmacy, but it just so happens that the medicine is running out. This is definitely the first and the last.

Udah tau Rame Mulu.

β β β β β If you are looking for an unprofessional pharmacy look no further! After ordering through Grab Health they called me to say the price was wrong and we needed to pay the difference to which I said no problem and reminded them to provide a receipt with the final price. They called back after 5 minutes saying their cashier was out of paper (yes, that's right...) and I asked them if they could then take a picture of their screen with the price and send it through to me.
They wouldn't do that either and as my wife was talking to the phone they cancelled the order at their end and hung up to her face. Class act all the way.
