★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya mau complain atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh kasir ibu ibu yang melayani saya senin 20 may 2019 di apotik melawai depan rs fatmawati guardian. saya sedang mengantri untuk menebus obat yang diberikan oleh dokter saya.. saya blum sempat bertanya kepada kasir. tapi kasir sudah mengusir saya dan bilang kalau obatnya tidak ada tanpa dicek kembali.. dan saya malah tidak diberikan pelayanan dengan ramah.. setiap saya pergi kesana untuk menebus obat dri resep dokter kasir gak pernah tersenyum atau melayani dengan sopan
..tolong hargai castamer yang ingin berobat untuk sembuh.. lagipula kita ada resep dri dokter yang jelas.. bukan untuk berobat sembarangan.. tolong direview lagi para pelayan untuk melayani dengan baik para castamer..terutama kasir yang ibu ibu yang rambutnya pendek.. setiap saya kesana ibu kasir ga pernah tersenyum padahal saya hanya ingin menebus obat.. tolong diberi arahan lagi dan bimbiingan agar lbih baik pelayanannya
 I want to complain about the service provided by the cashier of the mother who served me Monday 20 May 2019 at the pharmacy in front of the rs fatmawati guardian. I was queuing to redeem the medicine given by my doctor ... I didn't have time to ask the cashier. but the cashier had expelled me and said that the medicine was not available without being checked again ... and I was not even given friendly service ... every time I went there to redeem the medicine from the recipe the cashier never smiled or served politely
... please appreciate the castamer who wants treatment for recovery ... after all we have a recipe from a clear doctor ... not for haphazard treatment ... please review the servants to serve the castamer well ... especially the cashier whose mother is short hair. every time I go there the cashier mother never smiles even though I just want to redeem the medicine .. please give more direction and advice so that the service is better
