Pengennya ga ngasih bintang, hari ini kesel bgt sama kasir baju merah panjang pakai krudung dan pakai soflen warna grey. yg ngelayanin customer seenaknya dan bener2 judes dari awal nanya sampe bayar pun saya merasa apa pantas seorang kasir melayani seperti itu menyerukan untuk mengambil barangnya sndri setelah bayar, dan dia bilang β€œbisa diambil barangnya” ga ada kata β€œsilahkan kak” atau β€œboleh kak”. setelah itu tidak ada bukti struk harga item yg saya beli misal β€œkalo ga dikasih pinta” hello dimana2 standarnya dibidang retail itu wajib memberikan struk!! Klo ga dikasih artinya item itu gratis. Mana saya bayar debit tidak terlihat jelas tulisannya dan sama sekali ga ada ucapan terimakasih.. saya pegawai retail yg lebih ternama juga, namun merasa dikecewakan menurut saya mau seperti apa pun tempat kita bekerja etika sopan santun itu harus selalu ada!!! pesan saya tolong lebih diperhatikan lagi pegawainya agar kedepannya lebih baik lagi. Karna ini juga faktor penurunan sales retail tersebut dari pelayanan yg tidak baik.

I don't think it's appropriate for a cashier to serve like that calling for his own goods after paying, and he says "you can take the goods" there is no word "please sis" or "may you" . after that there is no proof of the price receipt for the item I bought, for example "if you don't get a request" hello everywhere, the standard is in the retail sector, it is mandatory to provide a receipt!! If it's not given, it means the item is free. Where I pay debit, the writing is not clearly visible and there is no thank you at all.. I am a more well-known retail employee too, but I feel let down, I think that no matter where we work, the ethics of manners must always be there!!! my message, please pay more attention to the employees so that in the future it will be even better. Because this is also a factor in the decline in retail sales from poor service.

Buat yg kasih rating 1,2 dan dengan komplain kebaperan yg ga jelas beli obat doang jangan baper bosque. kalo butuh struk minta, gausah gila hormat ya bosque ? aku sering belanja disini ga pernah ada masalah soalnya harganya murah, pelayanannya jga sejauh ini fine2 aja

Senang belanja disini mbak nya baik baik , asik dan murah juga walauoun ga saling kenal ? kadang setiap belanja suka ada ikut kesel kalo liat orang belanja nya lama , terus belanja nya sedikit ngomel" ga pake kantong ? hadeuhhhh jaman sekarang emang harus go green kali shayyyy , malah mbak nya yang diomelin ga ada kantong disamain sama pasar lagi ? jadi orang harus update makanya ?

Pelayanan kurang ramah, mohon maaf nih pembeli gk semuanya nyebelin ada yang moodnya lgi bagus biasa aja jga tapi di layani sama pegawainya gitu banget jdi emosi, kalo barang gk ada yaudah biasa aja namanya nyari barang gk usah begitu amat ekspresinya bikin mood tambah anjlok, buat pemilik apotek tolong untuk pegawainya di koreksi lagi,masa sama setiap pembeli begitu terus, jangan2 sama yang di kenal doang ramah.
