★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya ramah sekali. Disini juga bisa periksa mata karena ada alatnya. Parkirannya luas untuk motor dan cukup untuk satu mobil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi kesana, dan penjaganya lagi sholat. Aku nunggu dimotor, dan sama sekali gak ganggu dia berdoa (setelah sholat), tau-tau dia marah-marah, nyuruh pergi dengan jawaban " belum buka ".

Saya driver ojol mendapat order hallodoc, karena sering sekali di CANCEL oleh apotek ini, saya inisiatif untuk tlp ke apotek terlebih dahulu sebelum menuju apotek, nomor tidak bisa dihubungi, baik nomor yg ada di aplikasi hallodoc ataupun yg nomor yg saya dapat dari google, semua sama TIDAK BISA DIHUBUNGI, dan setelah saya sampai apotek, jawaban yg sama setiap saya dapat order hallodoc,
YAITU : ADA ORDER HALLODOC YA, KOK SAYA BELUM BUNYI, NAH INI BARU MASUK ORDERNYA, SEBENTAR SAYA CEK DULU, WAH MAAF OBATNYA GAK ADA, SAYA CANCEL YA.(selalu begitu kata2nya)
saya sangat sangat KECEWA dengan pelayanan anda.
Apalagi melihat baner yg anda pasang dengan motto : melayani dengan hati.
Wow gak salah tuh ? Seharusnya motto anda MELAYANI TIDAK DENGAN HATI.

Pelayan apotik tidak ramah, bahkan menyuruh saya buru-buru katanya mau tutup, padahal saya hanya menelfon mama saya untuk memastikan obatnya benar atau tidak. Saat akan membayar, saya disuruh tuker uang dulu di warung seberang. Belum tempatnya yang terkesan sangat tidak higienis
