β β β β β Dulu memang pelayanan sangat baik kita di sambut dengan ramah tapi sekarang saya sangat kecewa,jd suami sy beli obat Mefenamic Acid 500mg emang itu obat murah bgt tapi gw cocok dan suami gw malah di kasih obat dengan merek berbeda tapi kandungannya sama ga ada yg salah sama obatnya cuma gw dengan merk yg si apoteker itu kasih ga cocok di gw dan di rumah pun gw masih punya stok buat apa kan gw beli nah singkat cerita gw balik dong ke apotek jmed yg di graha dengan membawa struktur dan obatnya belum gw apa2in maksud gw pengen tukar aja dengan obat yg biasa gw minum soal uang kalo ga bisa dibalikin ga masalah tp gw kecewa bgt kenapa ga bisa di tukar padahal cuma jarak 5menit aja gw balikin setelah gw beli di apotik mana2 selama ini gw beli obat itu kalo salah obatnya bisa di balikin gw lempar aja tuh obat ke apotekernya karna gw kesel
In the past, our service was very good, we were warmly welcomed but now I am very disappointed, so my husband bought Mefenamic Acid 500mg medicine, it is a very cheap drug but I am suitable and my husband is given a drug with a different brand but the content is the same, nothing is wrong with it the medicine is only with the brand that the pharmacist gave me, it doesn't suit me and at home, I still have stock for what I bought it, short story I went back to the jmed pharmacy in the house with the structure and the medicine I don't mean what I mean. just exchange it for the medicine that I usually take for money if it can't be reversed it doesn't matter but I'm so disappointed it can't be exchanged even though it's only 5 minutes away after I bought it at any pharmacy so far I bought the drug if it's wrong the medicine can be reversed I just threw the medicine at the pharmacist because I was annoyed

β β β β β Ini order pertama saya. Pesan obat tetes mata by phone, dijawab dengan jelas dan ramah. Karena belanja di atas 50rb jadi biaya antarnya gratis. Dijanjikan diantar sekitar sejam lagi karena kurir masih antar ke Jombang, tapi nggak sampe sejam pesanan sudah datang. Good :) Kesan pertama yang sangat baik!
This is my first order. Message eyedrops by phone, answered in a clear and friendly. Because shopping on 50rb so antarnya cost free. It was promised to be delivered in about an hour because the courier was still delivering to Jombang, but not until an hour had arrived. Good :) Very good first impression!

β β β β β Untuk pesanan halodoc lain kali cek dulu,jangan tunggu driver datang baru cek,sudah jauh2 datang barang kosong,,di kasih tau alesan nya tau order ada ketika driver datang,padahal di apotik lain ada yg sudah siap ketika driver datang ada pula driver blm jalan sudah di cancel karna stok kosong,tanpa nunggu driver datang
