Barang siapa yang sengaja melakukan pelanggaran atas ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 2 ayat (3) diancam dengan pidana kurungan sekurang–kurangnya 1 (satu) bulan paling lama 3 (tiga) bulan.
Kemudian, denda sekurang–kurangnya Rp 2.000.000 dan paling banyak Rp 6.000.000. Jadi, pedagang wajib memberikan kembalian berupa uang dan bukan permen.

Kalo kalian mau test darah, tes tensi, test gula, disini juga bisa kok. Ada paketannya sekitar 50 ribu. Di tanya tanya tentang makanan yang di anjurkan serta pantangannya pun mereka bisa jawab.
Tempatnya kecil dan nyaman. Harganya murah. Pelayannya juga ramah, wanita semua ga pernah sesekali saya lihat laki laki deh.
Barang yang di cari juga ada terus kok, lumayan lengkap lah.
