★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk, terutama utk pasien BPJS. Padahal saya bpjs berbayar bkn gratis. Tdk ada pemeriksaan apa2 hanya ditanya2 lalu diberi obat. Dokternya ditanya jawabnya ngegas!!
The service is bad, especially for BPJS patients. Even though I paid bpjs not free. There was no examination, just asked questions and then given medicine. The doctor was asked the answer was gas!!

Itupun resep dokternya gak bisa dibawa lagi, dgn alasan "biasanya disimpan"
Lain dengan apotik lain yang resep obatnya diberikan.
Rada menganjal untuk hal ini.
Cuma di kasih kwintansi dgn nominal harga totalan obat tsb.
Pas cek di aplikasi Halodoc atau apotik lain harga jauh sekali dgn harga apotik ini.
Untuk kasus seperti ini seharusnya apotik menyiapkan kemungkinan lain bila mesin kasir rusak.
Dan semoga selalu jujur dan amanah.

When you check on the Halodoc application or another pharmacy, the price is very far from the price of this pharmacy.
For cases like this, pharmacies should prepare another possibility if the cash register is damaged.
