Complete, inexpensive and friendly. The location is near from the city center. And the cool one is open 24 hours. There are also medical devices. Top anyway ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan yang diberikan! Bisa bisanya ada apoteker (laki2) melayani consumen dg tidak sopan. Siang tadi ibu saya dtg ke tan farma utk beli obat resep dokter jg ada. Di logika aja orang awam yang ga paham obat2an resep dokter pasti minta penjelasan apoteker ttg obat tsb, tp tok bisa2 nya si apoteker ini malah nyuruh ibu saya mengembalikan obat tsb kalau tdk yakin dg logat yang tidak sopan. Orang dtg ke apotek itu krn butuh obat, butuh bantuan, butuh pelayanan yg baik. Krn ga paham ya butuh penjelasan. Tp si apoteker ini g bs jelasin ttg obat tsb. Tolong kalau pihak management membaca, saya minta staff tan's farma di training lagi agar attitude nya lebih baik. Ibu saya ke sana tanggal 6 juli 2018 sekitar jam 1 dini hari, staff laki2 kurus dg baju batik. Staff tsb berada di loket. Yang disesalkan & membuat kecewa adlh cara staff tsb melayani ibu saya. Krn malam itu urgent kami mau cari obat utk anjing saya
Very disappointed with the service provided! Usually there are pharmacists (male) serving consumers impolitely. This afternoon my mother went to Tan Farma to buy prescription drugs. Just logic, ordinary people who do not understand prescription drugs must ask the pharmacist for an explanation about the drug, but this pharmacist can actually tell my mother to return the medicine if she is not sure about the impolite accent. People come to the pharmacy because they need medicine, they need help, they need good service. Because I don't understand, I need an explanation. But this pharmacist can not explain about the drug. Please if the management reads, I ask the Tan's Farma staff to be trained again so that their attitude is better. My mother went there on July 6 2018 around 1 in the morning, thin male staff in batik clothes. The staff is at the counter. What is regrettable & disappointing is how the staff served my mother. Because that night the urgent one we wanted to find medicine for my dog

The staff is not friendly at all, I'm disappointed!!! Wong jowo lost Jawane !!! When asked nicely, the answer is that it's a female employee. I wish you a long life.. amen
