★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penjelasan mengenai prosedur pemesanan obat tidak jelas. Antara yang diberikan di Whats App dengan secara offline membingungkan dan berbeda. Sebentar bilang bisa langsung pesan, sebentar bilang harus DP dulu.
Setidaknya bisa dijelaskan sedari awal agar konsumen paham dan tidak kebingungan. Semoga lebih baik kedepannya. Terima kasih.

1.sangat slow respon
2.CS tdk ramah
3.prosedur membingungkan
4.tlp langsung pun ternyata sama saja , membingungkan juga
Saya rasa tempat sebagus ini sangat sayang sekali kalo system dan CS nya ky gini
Semoga jadi masukan ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit 10/1/20: saran buat owner apotik, kalo bisa kursi tunggunya jangan miring2, kurang nyaman, kalo lurus kan bisa mengurangi alokasi tempat, bisa ditambahkan kursi lagi karena sekarang mulai rame, jarak perkursi juga bisa diperlebar kalo kursi lurus, org yg agak gemuk susah kalo jarak kursi sempit kaya gini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apoteknya bersih, pelayanan juga baik dan ramaah pula.. Tempat parkir ada, tempat tunggu juga ada.. Protokol kesehatan agak ketat, tapi sayang mo beli obat disini pas tidak ada stoknya

menurutqu apotek harga nya cukup miring di bandingan aq menebus di tempat lain
tapi disayangkan untuk ruang tunggu sangat kecil, karna qta priksa kan membawa suami jadi hanya muat 4-5 pasangan az.
dan info jam praktek dari suster selalu berbeda dengan kedatangan dokter nya, jadi qta terlalu lama menuggu , seharusnya bisa saling kordinasi atara suster dengan dokternya agar kami para bumil tdk terlalu menunggu lama
