Dan tolong sekali jika pembeli datang disapa tidak main handphone focus saja dulu . Tidak salah nya melayani customer sebentar . Kasian customer mencari obat malah tidak dihargai kedatangannya.
Tolong tanyakan customer cari obat apa bapak, ibu? Obat bagaimana ? Resep nya ada? Atau apapun mengobrol lah sapa senyum itu penting. Handpone disimpan . Dan harus pinter sekali dalam pengetahuan obat obatan ketika berkerja di apotik . Thank you.
