★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diisinii Apotik Roxy terfavorit, meski jauh dari rumah pelayanan nyaman dihati.... sesekali kemarin malam saya ke apotik Roxy yg cabang tambun... Tambun dekat dengan rumah tp Sangat mengecewakan, sungguh mengecewakaaan pokoknya... Sama sama Roxy kirain bakalan good service, tp seddiiih pokoknya intinya saya kecewa... udah itu aja gg semua SDM Roxy high knowledge.
Filled with Roxy's favorite pharmacy, even though it's far from home the service is comfortable in the heart.... once in a while last night I went to the Roxy pharmacy which has a fat branch... Tambun is close to home but very disappointing, really disappointing anyway... Same as Roxy thought it would be good service , but it's sad, basically, I'm disappointed... that's all, not all of Roxy's human resources are high knowledge.

The service is the best, friendly, the pharmacy is clean, smells good, the parking is spacious. You can order delivery too, always a mainstay for my family when I need medicine ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru saja saya ke Apotek Roxy Pahlawan, sangat kecewa sekali dengan pelayanannya. Mba2 kasirnya saya lupa namanya yg badannya agak besar kurang ramah pelayanannya, galak, jutek. Apa karena saya beli obat generik ? Saya juga ingin membeli suntikan tapi katanya tidak bisa harus pakai resep. Okelah saya maklumi mungkin SOPnya seperti itu. Setelah itu saya ingin melakukan pembayaran lewat OVO jaringan hp saya kurang baik mba2nya keliatan tidak suka sekali dan pada saat jaringannya bisa mesin OVO apotek roxy yang bermasalah. Dan saya disangka ada mencet/memainkan mesinnya. Padahal sama sekali tidak saya apa2kan. Sangat kecewa sekali saya dengan Apotek Roxy Pahlawan ini. Mohon di trainning lagi untuk karyawannya supaya bisa membangun costumer relationship management yang baik.
I just went to the Roxy Pahlawan Pharmacy, I was very disappointed with the service. Mba2, the cashier, I forgot the name, whose body is a bit big, the service is not friendly, fierce, rude. Is it because I bought generic drugs? I also wanted to buy injections but they said I couldn't have to use a prescription. Okay, I understand maybe the SOP is like that. After that, I want to make a payment via OVO, my cellphone network is not good, the ladies don't really like it and when the network is connected, the Roxy pharmacy OVO machine has a problem. And I thought someone was pressing/playing the machine. Even though I did nothing at all. I am very disappointed with this Hero Roxy Pharmacy. Please train again for the employees so they can build good customer relationship management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada salah satu pegawai magang/PKL (pakai kemeja putih) yang cukup mengecewakan. Obat (di sistem) dibilang habis, padahal pas dicek kembali oleh pegawainya ternyata ada. Proses di kasir lama sekali, terlebih saat menggunakan debit. Karena prosesnya berbelit memakan banyak waktu, sampai salah satu obat saya tertinggal di kasir. Mau balik lagi lumayan jauh, karena posisi rumah di daerah Sumberjaya dan ke apotek Roxy sana cuma sebulan sekali buat restock obat. Sebaiknya ditraining/bimbing terlebih dahulu.
There is one intern/PKL (wearing a white shirt) who is quite disappointing. The medicine (in the system) is said to have run out, even though when the employee checked again, it turned out to be there. The process at the cashier takes a long time, especially when using debit. Because the convoluted process took a lot of time, until one of my drugs was left at the cashier. I want to go back quite far, because the position of the house is in the Sumberjaya area and the Roxy pharmacy there is only once a month for drug restocking. Better to be trained/guided first.
