★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian tidak jelas, pelayanan staff kurang baik walaupun ada banyak staf yang jaga rasanya percuma dan tidak membantu. Masa pandemi seperti ini, ada staf yang makan, minum dan lepas masker sambil ngobrol dan tempat makan keliatan jelas jarak kurang dari 1 meter dari kasir. Saat melayani juga ada yang ninggal makan padahal transaksi belum selesai. Terakhir, pembeli lain diberi kantong belanja, saya tidak.
 The queue is not clear, the staff service is not good even though there are many staff who look after it feels useless and unhelpful. During a pandemic like this, there are staff who eat, drink and take off their masks while chatting and the place to eat is clearly less than 1 meter from the cashier. While serving, there were also those who left eating even though the transaction had not been completed. Lastly, other shoppers were given shopping bags, I wasn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas dateng Semua kasir fokus main hp, Saat sudah selesai dan mau bayar masih fokus ke hp juga dan ada cust lain yang mau byr smpe berkali2 ngomong ttp ga di gubris , Smpe akhirnya saya Agak ketus dan bilang Mba ini sudah loh, Baru dilayanin dan gasampe disitu aja lagi proses scan produk juga masih dijeda buat main hp dan ngetik lagi .
So far untuk obat oke, Tapi pelayanannya loh sekelas apotik Roxy Tapi kaya gini . bad Banget
When they arrived, all the cashiers focused on playing cellphones, when they were finished and wanted to pay, they still focused on cellphones and there were other customers who wanted to pay until they spoke again and again but they didn't pay attention, until finally I was a bit curt and said this was done, just served and gasped there, the product scan process is also still paused to play the cellphone and type again.
So far for medicine, okay, but the service is like a Roxy pharmacy. But it's like this. really bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SPG nya sangat2 membuat tidak NYAMAN, seperti terlalu memaksa.
Saya datang mau veli VITAMIN C 1000 Dan D1000 di arahkan SPG dengan merek A dan saya tanya ada merek lain gak ( SI SPG JAWAB TIDAK ADA, ADANYA CUMA merek A ). dan pas sya cek ternyata ada merek lain, namun si SPG terus menawarkan MEREK A. sudah bilang nnti saya lihat dulu mau beli yang mana.
Namun Si SPG terus seakan memaksan saya harus membeli merek itu, padahal saya sedang melihat merek lain.
Sampai akhirnya saya bilang, nanti ya mba saya juga BISA MEMBACA, SAYA BISA PILIH SENDIRI.
Dan kedua sekarang ada tukang parkir yang cuma nongkrong ngobrol sama security ( padahal dulu tidak ada ) dan padahal sudah ada security.
Disini tujuan saya bukan menjatuhkan, tapi membangun supaya kedepannya tidak terulang lagi.
The SPG is very uncomfortable, like being too pushy.
I came to check VITAMIN C 1000 and D1000 were directed by SPG with brand A and I asked if there was another brand (the SPG answered NO, THERE WAS ONLY brand A). and when I checked, it turned out that there were other brands, but the SPG kept offering BRAND A. I already said I'll see which one I want to buy first.
However, the SPG kept forcing me to buy that brand, even though I was looking at another brand.
Until finally I said, later on, ma'am, I CAN READ, I CAN CHOOSE FOR MYSELF.
And secondly, now there is a parking attendant who just hangs out chatting with security (even though there wasn't one before) and even though there is already security.
Here my goal is not to bring down, but to build so that in the future it doesn't happen again.
