★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selasa 12 apr 22. Jam 22.30 petugas perempuan penerima resep. Judes dan belagu. Sy pelanggan rutin disini.. baru ketemu sama petugas tsb. Beliau menolak resep saya dia bilang sdh expire. Padahal jelas disitu ITER 1x. Saya minta beliau lihat riwayat pembelian sy sebelumnya. Tp bukannya memberikan solusi dengan melihat ke resep2 sebelum nya .. malah ngotot mempertahankan pendapatnya. Harusnya beliau melihat ke riwayat sebelum2 nya sehingga tau..dan ngerti. Tp malah cuma membuktikan dia benar dan pengen menang sendiri. Heran.. apotik sebagus ini apakah petugasnya engga diajari untuk ramah melayani konsumen.
 Tuesday 12 apr 22. At 22.30 the female officer who received the prescription. Judes and belagu. I'm a regular customer here.. I just met the officer. He refused my prescription he said it had expired. Even though it's clear there ITER 1x. I asked him to see my previous purchase history. But instead of providing a solution by looking at the previous recipes... instead he insisted on defending his opinion. He should have looked at his previous history so that he knows ... and understands. But instead only proves he is right and wants to win himself. I wonder.. pharmacies as good as this are the staff not taught to be friendly to serve consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obatnya lengkap dong disini, beda sama yang lain. Tapi mahal bgt wkwk ?. Kasirnya gak slow sih. Kalo apotek K24 itu sih lebih murah, tapi gapapa deh, yang penting buat kesehatan masing²
The medicine is complete here, it's different from the others. But it's very expensive . The cashier is not slow. The K24 pharmacy is cheaper, but that's okay, the most important thing is for everyone's health

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minta tolong untuk SDM apotik roxy biar di evaluasi CARA MELAYANI YANG BAIK DAN SOPAN untuk kasir/apotekernya, yang di pelayanan biar lebih sopan cara melayaninya. Kejadian 2x bukan hanya 1x , saya gatau ini apoteker/ kasir yang namanya SALSA DONA K, sudah 2x saya dilayani dengan petugas ini.
1. Saya beli obat untuk yg kedua kalinya di waktu yang sama yg pertama saya dikembalikan dengan duit 10 ribu dr apotik roxy, saya terima. Kemudian saya balik lg ngasih duit 10 ribu yg kembalian dr apotik roxy. Dengan nada tinggi dia blg ga terima duit yang sobek pdhl saya dpt kembalian dr temannya yg ngasih.
2. Saya beli obat 2 macam vitamin bungkusnya kaca dengan harga yang lumayan saya minta plastik kecil buat naro, dan dia bilang PLASTIKNYA SOALNYA DIBATASI .
Saya tanya ? Untuk dapet PLASTIKNYA HARUS MINIMAL BELANJA BRPA ? DAN BRPA BANYAK JUMLAHNYA ? SAMPE BILANG DIBATASI ? Hanya minta plastik kecil saja sampe bilang dibatasi?
SAYA TIDAK MEMPERMASALAHKAN KALAU DGN CARA YG SOPAN , TETAPI INI DIA BLG DGN NADA TINGGI DAN JUDES. MOHON DIEVALUASI LAGI UNTUK PETUGASNYA AGAR BERBICARA DGN SOPAN, DAN TIDAK JUDES. KRNA SUDAH BANYAK KEJADIAN SEPERTI INI SAYA PENGALAMAN SUDAH 2X DILAYANI OLEH PEGAWAI TERSEBUT !!
Ask for help for the Roxy pharmacy's HR so that it will be evaluated HOW TO SERVE GOOD AND POLITE for the cashier/pharmacist, who is served so that the service is more polite. 2x incident, not just 1 time, I don't know this is a pharmacist/cashier whose name is SALSA DONA K, I've been served by this officer twice.
1. I bought the medicine for the second time at the same time the first time I was returned with 10 thousand money from the Roxy pharmacy, I received it. Then I returned again to give 10 thousand money which was returned from the Roxy pharmacy. In a high tone he said he didn't accept the money that was torn apart even though I got the change from his friend who gave it.
2. I bought 2 kinds of vitamins in a glass package at a pretty good price. I asked for a small plastic bag for the naro, and he said the problem was that it was PLASTIC.
I ask ? To get the PLASTIC YOU HAVE TO MINIMUM SHOPPING BRPA? AND HOW MANY AMOUNT? UNTIL YOU SAY LIMITED? Just asking for a small piece of plastic to say it's limited?
I DON'T MATTER IF IT'S IN A POLITE WAY, BUT THIS IS BLG WITH A HIGH AND JUDES. PLEASE Evaluate AGAIN FOR THE OFFICERS TO SPEAK POLITELY, AND NOT JUDGE. BECAUSE THERE HAVE BEEN MANY EVENTS LIKE THIS, I HAVE BEEN SERVED TWICE BY THE EMPLOYEES!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most slow responses place to buy your medicine. They not separating the prescription ones with the regular one. You will wait almost an hour to just pay a simple cough syrup on cashier…. SEPARATE YOUR CASHIER PLEASE!!!!
