Untuk pelayan penjaga apotik sangat mengecewakan khususnya pelayan perempuan semua jutek tidak ramah dan apabila kita membayar dengan uang besar mereka tidak mau melayani alasan tidak ada kembalian padahal apa susahnya mereka tukarkan dulu gak ada inisiatif bukan hanya sekali tapi beberapa kali setiap beli obat disini selalu diperlakukan seperti itu oleh pelayan perempuan. mohon pemilik untuk dapat direview ulang kinerja timnya ini sangat mengganggu konsumen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super duper apotik pegawai nya tidak ada attitude nya, jutek beli obat 10rb bayar pake 50rb dibilang gk ada kembali nya ini sudah kejadian yg ke 3 kali nya.. asli pegawai nolak rezeki gk ada usaha untuk siapin/cari kembalian dan seperti nya sangat tidak masuk akal klo mereka tidak ada kembalian.. semoga cepat di perbaiko deh tuh pegawai nya.. buat yg sekitaran situ mending cari apotik lain deh sari pada kesel beli disitu ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong di perbaiki attitudenya. Sebagai pelayanan tidak ada ramah tamah sama sekali. Nakes seharusnya melayani pasien sesuai SOP yang berlaku. Tetapi saya liat disini tidak ada sama sekali. Tampilkan senyum dan ramah kalian sebagai nakes saat anda melayani pasien supaya pasien merasa puas.
Please fix the attitude. As a service there is no hospitality at all. Health workers should serve patients according to the applicable SOP. But I see nothing here at all. Show your smile and friendliness as a health worker when you serve patients so that patients feel satisfied.
