★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seharian anak saya panas dingin dan batuk, sudah was-was waktu kerja ingin pulang cepat dan beli obat.
Sampai di apotek tanya obat untuk demam,batuk, dll dengan merek "A" pihak apotek langsung mengiyakan dan memberikan obat.
Segera saya bayar dan pulang, sampai rumah ternyata salah obatnya, saya kembali ke apotek dan tanya, obatnya ternyata salah, bisa gak ditukar dengan obat yang sesuai?
langsung dijawab "TIDAK BISA!"
Obat yang sudah dibeli tidak bisa dikembalikan/ditukar,. Kenapa tidak dari awal saya ditanya anak saya sakit apa? kendalanya bagaimana? minimal pakai bahasa yang santun dan beri penjelasan secara detail, bukan langsung bilang "TIDAK BISA"
KERJA DIBIDANG JASA harus total dan melayani dengan SEPENUH HATI, bukan sekedar jualan, apalagi terkait dengan obat-obatan yang bersangkutan dengan KESEHATAN DAN NYAWA MANUSIA.
Finalnya saya beli obat di tempat lain dan saya kembalikan obat yang saya beli di *APOTEK NEBI FARMA AKSES UI SEBRANG RUMAH SAKIT BRIMOB DEPOK* tanpa meminta uang saya kembali.
Bukan masalah uang kalau sudah berkaitan dengan KESEHATAN.

Drugs that have been purchased cannot be returned / exchanged ,. Why not from the beginning I was asked what my child was sick of? What are the obstacles? at least use polite language and give a detailed explanation, not just say "CANNOT"
WORKING IN THE SERVICES must be total and serve with FULLY HEARTS, not just sales, especially related to medicines related to HEALTH AND HUMAN BEING.
In the end, I bought medicine at another place and I returned the medicine that I bought at * NEBI FARMA PHARMACY, UI ACCESS, BRIDGE DEPOK BRIMOB HOSPITAL * without asking for my money back.
It's not a matter of money when it's related to HEALTH.
