awal² w sabar eh pas w panggil mba²nya dia melengos trus msk donk ke dlm...
sumpah w tinggal pergi ajj helaaau w mau beli yah bukan mau minta setidaknya bisa kan ngomong bentar atau sabarr gitu... Gk sopan bngt pelayan an gak puassss bngt w dan akhirnya w gak mw beli lagi dst msh bnyak t4 yg komplit ramah dan gak songong pelayanan ????

the first time I was patient eh when I called her she looked away then go inside ...
I swear, just go, helaaau, I want to buy, don't want to ask, at least, I can say it briefly or patiently ... It's not polite to the waiter, I don't really have a fast w and finally I don't want to buy again etc. still a lot of T4 is complete, friendly and not songy service ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mau beli, salah duanya, Gentamicin salep dan beli Cendo Gentamicin (tetes). Kebetulan memang saya bawa tulisan catatannya. Pas saya sampaikan pesanan, karyawannya minta kertas saya tanpa kasih info dulu barangnya ada atau tidak. Sempat saya tolak karena di sana ada coretan harga (untuk persiapan ambil cash di atm).
Lama saya tunggu sampai saya tanya ke karyawan yg lain, "Ada apa nggak ? "
Beberapa menit kemudian karyawan pertama keluar nyerahkan kertas saya, lalu hitung-hitung, bingung minta kertas saya lagi.
Saya bilang nggak usah sama-samain harga. dan tanya masalahnya apa, jadi lama.
Lalu dia info total harga, saya bayar.
Karyawannya masuk ambil obatnya, langsung diserahkan ke saya dalam plastik. Tidak seperti umumnya SOP apotek yang konfirmasi kembali detail saat penyerahan obat.
Saya inisiatif buka plastiknya. Saya temukan tidak ada cendo gentamicin (tetes), tapi diberi dua buah gentamicin salep yang lebih murah. Satunya dalam box, satunya tanpa box. Saya tanya mana yang tetes, karyawannya nunjuk gentamicin yang ada box-nya.
Saya minta kejelasan, sebenarnya cendo gentamicin ada atau tidak. Tidak menjawab jelas, karyawannya masuk, saya lihat menemui bosnya, kemudian keluar dengan membawa cendo gentamicin yang saya minta, tanpa minta tambahan pembayaran.
Btw, saya nggak dikasih kwitansi
I want to buy, one of them, Gentamicin ointment and buy Cendo Gentamicin (drops). Incidentally I did bring the written notes. When I delivered the order, the employee asked for my paper without giving me any info first if the item was there or not. I refused because there was a streak of prices (in preparation for cash at ATM).
I waited for a long time until I asked another employee, "What's wrong?"
A few minutes later the first employee came out and handed over my paper, then did some calculations, confused about asking for my paper again.
I said there was no need to share the price. and asked what the problem was, it took so long.
Then he told me the total price, I paid.
The employee came in to get the medicine, immediately handed it to me in plastic. Unlike most pharmacy SOPs that reconfirm details when drug delivery.
I took the initiative to open the plastic. I found no cendo gentamicin (drops), but was given two cheaper gentamicin ointments. One is in a box, the other is without a box. I asked which one was the drop, the employee pointed to the gentamicin with the box.
I ask for clarity, whether or not there is cendo gentamicin. The employee did not answer clearly, the employee came in, I saw the boss, then came out with the gentamicin cendo I asked for, without asking for additional payment.
Btw, I wasn't given a receipt

The usual place to buy complete medicines at low prices, friendly and pleasant service, can ask for medicine too, so far it has worked, accept my pediatrician's prescription

Beberapa kali beli disini pelayanannya gak bgt harga perbandingan dgn apotek lain bisa sampai 3x lipat. Tau dr pemiliknya atau si karyawan yg matok harga di luar ke tentukan
