★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Packaging obatnya kurang praktis. Semoga kedepannya bisa pake plastik zip supaya mudah dibawa kemana2.
The medicine packaging is not practical. Hopefully in the future you can use zip plastic so that it can be easily carried everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah dateng abis magrib dokter umunya gk ada katanya udh pulang yg shif malem ada panggilan mendadak harus ke RS. padahal klinik 24jam, dan disuruh balik lg besok.skipp gk jadi berobat dan gw beli obat warung.
Rabu 17 Nov 2021 sore-sore gw dateng memang kliniknya lg sepi tanpa antrian, dokternya Cowo masih muda (mungkin baru lulus) cuma ditanya2 gitu doang mungkin cuma 5menit (HP nya miring, mungkin lg asik main game), gk diperiksa sama sekali. Padahal sebelum2 nya sama dokter yg lain masih diperiksa.
kalo cuma ditanya2 gitu doang gw juga bisa. ujung2 nya cuma dikasih obat paracetamol, omeprazol, & vitamin, lah ini mah gw juga punya semua dirumah udh gw minum juga obat spt itu dri kemarin.
hasil diagnosa juga gk dikasih tau gw sakit apa ? emang gw sengaja gk nanya pengen tau aja dokternya inisiatif apa engga nginfoin ke pasiennya.
Gini2 amat pelayanan BPJS, kalo pasien umum yg gk pake BPJS gak tau deh gimana pelayanan nya mereka.
Mending Ganti Faskes aja lah ke klinik yg lain, gw milih klinik disini cz gk terlalu antri aja, tpi kalo pelayanan nya spt ini mending cari yg lain.
Once came after sunset the doctor generally didn't say that he had gone home, the night shift had a sudden call to go to the hospital. even though the clinic is 24 hours, and was told to come back tomorrow. Skipp didn't get treatment and I bought over-the-counter medicine.
Wednesday, Nov 17 2021, in the afternoon I came, indeed the clinic was quiet without a queue, the doctor Cowo was young (maybe he just graduated) just asking questions, maybe only 5 minutes (his cellphone is tilted, maybe he's playing games), not checked at all. Even though before that, the other doctors were still being examined.
If you just ask, I can do that too. In the end, I was only given paracetamol, omeprazole, & vitamins, this is what I also have at home, I've been taking drugs like that yesterday.
The results of the diagnosis were also not told what kind of pain I was? I didn't ask deliberately, I just wanted to know if the doctor took the initiative or not to inform the patient.
This is how BPJS services are, for general patients who don't use BPJS, they don't know how their services are.
It's better to just change the health facilities to another clinic, I chose the clinic here because there's not too much queue, but if the service is like this, it's better to find something else.
