β β β β β Apotik ini pelayanan nya buruk bgt. Sebelum melakukan transaksi saya sudah membuat konfirmasi lewat telfon, untuk menanyakan ketersedia obat yg akan saya tebus. Seorang karyawati yg menerima telfon mengkonfirmasi bahwa obat tersebut bisa saya ambil dan ingredients yg butuh kan available. Setelah saya sampai lokasi, mereka tibaβ mengkonfirmasi bahwa obat yg saya mau tebus tidak tersedia.
Mohon pelayan di Apotik ini lebih di tingkatkan, bisnis pharmacy bukan buat becandaan. Jika orang membutahkan obat, brrti dia butuh akan obat tersebut.
Buat yg lain yg mau nebus obat disini, lebih baik cari apotik lain yg lebih professional.
This pharmacy has really bad service. Before making the transaction, I made a confirmation by telephone, to ask if the medicine was available that I would redeem. An employee who received the phone confirmed that I can take the medicine and the ingredients that need to be available. After I arrived at the location, they arrived βconfirming that the medicine I wanted to redeem was not available.
Please improve the pharmacy service, the pharmacy business is not a joke. If a person needs medicine, then he needs it.
For others who want to redeem medicine here, it's better to find another pharmacy that is more professional.

Moreover, Nggak ada sopan santunnya! Gw pelanggan dihina didepan kasir. Enak banget ini ibu2 ngehina pelanggan pake mulut berbisamu bisik2 dibelakang. Kepada yth owner dari apotik ini, begini service kalian ke customer?

It's funny that these senior pharmacists. SLOW!! Buying medicine, there is no queue, no other patients/customers, but concocting medicine HALF HOUR! Judes everyone here!
