Tadi malam saya berobat ke klinik melati keluhan bayi saya g gerak seminggu, dokter nya cuma cerita doang ga di kasih rujukan, ngomong nya gini " ya suka suka bayi nya mau gerak atau engga" ga di kasih obat juga klo bayi saya knp" saya tuntun klinik ini !!!!
Last night I went to the jasmine clinic, complaining that my baby didn't move for a week, the doctor just told me not to give a referral, he said something like "do you like the baby to move or not" I wasn't given any medicine either, why is my baby?" I was guided this clinic!!!!

Pelayanan yang sangat buruk, khususnya dokter sari, tidak ramah, tidak mau menjelaskan, apa karna kita pengguna BPJS? Hanya menanyakan gejala yg dirasa, tp tidak memeriksa, sekali lagi sangat amat mengecewakan pelayanannya Tadi istri saya baya anak saya yg masih bayi, usia 1 tahun 3 bulan, diarahkan untuk cek lab, padahal saya ada BPJS, tp tidak di arahkan mengcover BPJS, jadi saya bayar untuk cek lab, dan baru kali ini saya lihat hasil lab keluar tp dokter ataupun petugas lainnya tidak mau menjelaskan secara rinci tentang hasil lab tersebut, ketika di tanya jawabannya hanya normal saja, sedangkan anak saya panas sudah 5 hari, sangat tidak recomended klinik melati ini

Beberapa kali dapet Dokter inisial S yang praktek hr senin. (Pernah dapet selain dr. S ini, tapi lupa siapa, dokternya muda, cantik, ngejelasin dengan benar&baik berkebalikan sama dr. S). Demi apapun, sinis, ketus, jelasin juga kaga kenapa2nya. Mentang2 make bpjs. Bpjs juga bayar tiap bulan. Heran. Mba2 pendaftaran juga sinis. Buat dokter S saya doain supaya hari dokter SENIN TERUS!????
Several times I got a doctor with the initials S who practices on Mondays. (Once got this other than dr. S, but forgot who, the doctor was young, beautiful, explained correctly & well, the opposite of dr. S). For whatever reason, cynical, curt, explain why. It's hard to make bpjs. BPJS also pays every month. Amazed. Mba2 registration is also cynical. For doctor S, I pray that doctor's day will continue on Monday!????

Dokternya tidak ramah.. Tidak di periksa sama sekali, hanya ditanya keluhannya.. Kadang heran ya, disini pasien sakit bukan hanya fisiknya aj, tapi mental nya juga perlu disupport.. Bukan malah di sudutkan, dimana rasa empatinya sebagai dokter.. Saya pasien BPJS berbayar kelas 1, yang setiap bulannya bayar ga geratisss! Tapi pelayanannya ga menghargai.. Padahal dokter bekerja dari pasien juga.. Mohon di renungkan dan diperbaiki lagi rasa empatinya.
The doctor is not friendly.. Not checked at all, just asked for a complaint.. Sometimes I wonder, here the sick patient is not only physically, but mentally also needs to be supported.. Not even in a corner, where the sense of empathy as a doctor.. I'm a paid BPJS patient for class 1, who doesn't pay every month for free! But the service doesn't appreciate.. Even though doctors work from patients too.. Please reflect on and improve your sense of empathy.

Saya akui memang dokternya ketus dan terlalu blak2an dalam menyampaikan sesuatu, kurang empati thdp apa yg pasien rasakan. Tapi secara teknis klinik ini cukup profesional antri juga gak lama, ditensi dan di asesmen sblm ketemu dokter. Saran saya, yuk bisa yuk bu dokter lebih sopan lagi dalam menjelaskan sesuatu. Perasaan emosi pasien itu valid, tolong didengarkan secara aktif bukan disanggah, kasian lagi sakit dimarahin?. Saya yakin ada masa depan asal secara etika dasar dokternya bersedia evaluasi.
I admit that the doctor was curt and too blunt in conveying something, lacking empathy for what the patient was feeling. But technically, this clinic is quite professional, the queues don't take long, they are stressed and assessed before seeing a doctor. My advice, let's go, the doctor can be more polite in explaining something. The patient's emotional feelings are valid, please listen actively, not refuted, it's too bad it hurts to be scolded. I believe there is a future as long as the basic ethics of the doctor are willing to evaluate.
