★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik kecil tapi lengkap , bisa BPJS , asuransi , ada dokter ,ada dokter gigi..obatnya lengkap,karyawannya komunikatif dan care .. Tapi heran ada yg kasih Bintang 1 tanpa memberikan Ulasan..Kredibilitasnya dipertanyakan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melayani bpjs, dokternya ramah. Ada prakter dokter gigi juga. Sebaiknya tlp dulu sblum dtg agar tdk terlalu lama nunggu apabila sdg ramai pasien, krn ruang tunggunya terbatas.
Serving BPJS, the doctor is friendly. There is a dentist practice too. It's best to call beforehand so that it doesn't take too long to wait if it's crowded, because the waiting room is limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman pertama di faskes mitrasana thb,,staf nya komunikatif,,dr.g nya juga ramah & komunikatif sekali,sangat sabar walau saya pasien BPJS...terima-kasih mitrasana & mohon di pertahankan demi kami masyarakat kurang mampu yg berharap fasilitas medis yg nyaman ???
The first experience at the mitrasana health facility, thb ,, the staff was communicative ,, dr.g was also very friendly and communicative, very patient even though I was a BPJS patient ... thank you mitrasana & please keep it for our underprivileged people who expect good medical facilities comfortable ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya mau pindah karena ke jauhan.. Pas liat comment nya bagus bagus.. Dan saya sendiri merasakan, EMANG BAGUS.
Suster dan dokter nya ramah KOMUNIKATIF cepet kalo minta surat perpanjang runjukan..
Ga jadi pindah ga papa lah agak jauh.
Tingkatkan lagi ya....Terimakasih

The nurse and doctor are friendly, COMMUNICATIVE, fast if you ask for a referral letter..
It's okay to move, it's a bit far.

saya pernah salah dikirim obat halodoc (kurang, harusnya 2 strip dikirim 1 strip), langsung dikirimkan lagi obat yang kurang.
pelayanan terbaik dan profesional!
