★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ke sana untuk memperpanjang surat rujukan, lalu ditanya surat kontrol oleh mba2 admin atau suster dengan nada yang ketus sama muka jutek. Terus saya jawab udah setahun lebih setiap ke dokter, saya nggak pernah dikasih surat kontrol. Terus mba2 jutek bilang harus ada dengan nada ngotot dan jutek.
Akhirnya saya diperiksa lagi ke dokternya. Dokternya sih lumayan ya, walaupun penjelasannya ada yang berlawanan sama dokter spesialis di rumah sakit dan ngasih saran yang menurut saya sangat tidak mendukung kondisi penyakit saya. Tapi tetap disampaikan dengan ramah.
Keluar dari ruang dokter saya ngasih diagnosa dokternya ke mba2 jutek. Ternyata, mba2 jutek tadi lagi haha hihi teleponan sama temannya. Sangat tidak profesional, kerja sambil telepon yang tidak berhubungan dengan pekerjaan.
Selesai surat rujukan saya dikasih oleh mba2 jutek, dia bilang dengan ketus "lain kali kalo memperpanjang harus ada surat kontrolnya, kalau nggak ada nggak boleh". Lah saya kan nggak tau apa-apa persoalan surat kontrol, orang selama ini saya nggak pernah dikasih sama rumah sakit. Selama ini saya juga memperpanjang surat rujukan nggak pernah pake surat kontrol bisa2 aja.
Pokoknya mba2 admin atau suster saya nggak tau, pelayanannya sangat tidak profesional, jutek, dan ketus terhadap pasien.
 I went there to extend the referral letter, and then I was asked for a control letter by the admin or nurse in a tone that was harsh on the face of the jutek. Then I answered that it's been more than a year to go to the doctor, I've never been given a control letter. Then mba2 jutek said there had to be with a tough and dirty tone.
Finally I checked again to the doctor. The doctor was not bad, although the explanation was contradictory to the specialist doctor at the hospital and gave advice which in my opinion did not really support my condition. But still delivered in a friendly manner.
Out of the doctor's office, I gave the doctor's diagnosis to Jutek's mba2. Apparently, the jutek mba2 was again haha hihi called his friend. Very unprofessional, non-work-related over the phone.
After my referral letter was given by Mba2 Jutek, he said curtly "next time you extend there must be a control letter, otherwise you can't". I don't know anything about the control letter, so far I have never been told by the hospital. So far, I have also extended the referral letter, never using a control letter.
Anyway, the admin or the nurses, I don't know, the service is very unprofessional, jutek, and sharp towards patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan sangat buruk, gak akan datang lagi. saya sudah pesan antigen lewat tiket.com lalu sampai sana katanya pelayanan antigen baru bisa jam 12 siang, padahal flight saya jam 2. kan tdk keburu, hrs perjalanan lagi ke bandara. kasir penerima tamu nya ketus sekali org nya. katanya jg harus fotocopy ktp dan print tiket pesawat utk data dia. pdahal saya antigen tempat lain tdk usah pake fotocopy dan print tapi langsung input ke sistem di komputer saja sudah cukup
Very bad service, will not come again. I ordered antigen via tiket.com and then when I got there it said the antigen service could only be at 12 noon, even though my flight was at 2. It wasn't in a hurry, I had to travel again to the airport. the cashier at the receptionist was very curt. he said he also had to photocopy his ID card and print out the plane ticket for his data. Even though I have antigen elsewhere, I don't need to use photocopy and print, but just inputting it directly into the system on the computer is enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama kali kesini untuk periksa gigi, dokternya ramah, walau cuma 3 pasien nunggunya lama, tapi bisa pulang dulu trus ditelpon sama pihak klinik kalo sudah waktunya antrian kita
Jadwal dokter gigi senin-sabtu pagi jam 9-12, malem jam 6-8 malem
Kalau dokter umum jadwalnya juga sama tapi realita dokternya baru dateng jam 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli swab dan masker disini. Pelayanan cukup ramah, dokter/suster yg mengambil swab sepertinya bisa lebih ramah. Beware disini tukang parkirnya maksa bayar, kalo ada ngebantunya dikit sih mungkin gue kasih ya.
Buy swabs and masks here. The service is quite friendly, the doctor / nurse who takes the swab seems to be more friendly. Beware that the parking attendants charge a fee, if there is a little help, maybe I will give it.

Perawat/penerima pendaftaran pasiennya ga banget..kalau bisa saya kasih tanpa bintang..judes, cuek & jawab seenaknya..
Dokter umum ya standarlah, lumayan ramah juga beserta apotekernya..
Mau ke dokter gigi ditolak, tapi pas ada org setelah gw diterima..mgkn karna gw pakai asuransi, pdhal asuransi perusahaan tapi pelayanannya naudzubillah..
Gw ga bayangin klo org pakai BPJS ke klinik ini..

The nurse/patient registration recipient is not very good.. if I could I would give it without a star.. bitchy, indifferent & answer arbitrarily..
General doctors are standard, quite friendly as well as pharmacists..
When I wanted to go to the dentist, I was refused, but when someone came after I was accepted.. maybe because I used insurance, even though it was a company insurance but the service was naudzubillah..
I can't imagine if people use BPJS to this clinic..
