Tapi terkadang pegawainya suka mempengaruhi pembeli dengan promo produk tertentu. Jika sdh yakin beli obat atau supplemen tertentu jgn terpengaruh dgn promo2 seperti ini. Harganya secara umum di sini lebih mahal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ para karyawan tidak sopan terhadap pelanggan, saya chat via wa dibalas lama, dan paling anehnya pas baru dibalas chatnya saya langsung telfon buat mastiin alamat karna saya pesen ojol buat jemput obatnya, karyawan nya malah bilang saya ga jualan, kamu siapa? salah, saya ga jualan dengan nada songong dan congkak, padahal saya sudah transfer untuk pembelian obat. setelah beberapa kali di hubungi ojol ga bisa, saya coba kontek lagi. dan alhamdulillah, mas ojol nya nemu alamatnya, sehingga obat pesenan saya sudah sampai.
saran saya, bersikap baik dan sopan lah kepada costumer atau siapa saja yg mau beli obat atau pun sekedar bertanya, karena ketika pelayanan mu baik tanpa anda sadari merekalah yang akan menjadi penghubung atau marketing anda, mereka akan merekomendasikan apotik anda kepada orang lain ketika mereka merasakan pelayanan yg baik dan ramah dari pihak anda.

employees are not polite to customers, I chat via wa and they reply for a long time, and the strangest thing is when I just reply to the chat, I immediately call to check the address because I ordered ojol to pick up the medicine, the employee even said I don't sell, who are you? wrong, I don't sell in a huff and arrogant tone, even though I have transferred to purchase medicine. After several times contacted Ojol I couldn't, I tried to contact again. and alhamdulillah, mas ojol found the address, so that my order medicine arrived.
My advice, be kind and polite to customers or anyone who wants to buy medicine or just ask, because when your service is good without you knowing they will be your liaison or marketing, they will recommend your pharmacy to other people when they feel good and friendly service from your side.

Disappointed with the service, said it was free shipping, instead told him to pay for his own gojek... not according to what was conveyed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur baru pertama kali kesini dan alhamdulillahnya dapat pelayanan yang baik, mungkin ada beberapa orang yg mereka berstatment pelayanan di apotik ini kurang memuaskan tp bagi saya tidak.
Masing2 orang berhak berpendapat.
Pada saat saya kesini menanyakan obat tertentu namun tidak ada stock nya, cukup berkecil hati harus mencari kemana lg, tapi alhamdulillahnya masih di berikan solusi dan informasi yg jelas bahwa di apotik lain..........masih ada .
Bagian kasirnya pun ramah.
Semoga kedepannya bisa lebih baik dan lagi
Honestly, this is my first time here and thank God I got good service, maybe there are some people who have a statement that the service at this pharmacy is not satisfactory but for me it's not.
Everyone is entitled to an opinion.
When I came here to ask for certain drugs but there was no stock, I was quite discouraged to have to look elsewhere, but thank God they were still given clear solutions and information that in other pharmacies..........there are still available.
The cashier is friendly too.
Hopefully in the future it can be better and more
