★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di sini menerima Rapid Test Covid-19, tapi lembar hasil tes selalu dipermasalahkan pihak Kesehatan Bandara Soetta karena diduga dokumen palsu: kop suratnya fotokopian, isi hasil tes ditulis tangan, dan pernah salah tanggal yang kemudian di-tipe-ex.
Here we receive the Covid-19 Rapid Test, but the test result sheet is always being questioned by Soetta Airport Health because it is suspected of being a fake document: the letterhead is photocopied, the contents of the test results are handwritten, and the wrong date was later ex-typed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Kimia Farma disini Buruk sekali, saya nunggu sejam diluar dengan santainya penjaga toko bilang "Kenapa?" dengan muka yg sangat sinis sekali, padahal mereka tau saya nunggu diluar hujan2.
Saya tau sdng disterilisasi, tapi ya tolonglah telp dilayani, bukannya diangkat cm kedengaran suara bising dan kemudian ditutup (berkali-kali saya tlp).
Kimia Farma's service here is very bad, I waited an hour outside casually the shopkeeper said "Why?" with a very cynical face, even though they knew I was waiting outside in the rain.
I know it's been sterilized, but please help the phone, instead of being raised cm it sounds noisy and then it is closed (many times I phone).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru tes rapid aja disini. Booking bisa by halodoc. Petugasnya banyak nanya2. Lumayan lama sih nunggunya karena petugas nginput data customer yg baru dateng jg jd ga fokus gt. Proses hampir 30 menit, padahal ditempat lain bisa 15 menit aja sampe nerima hasil
Just a quick test here. Booking can be done by Halodoc. The staff asked a lot of questions. It's been quite a long wait because the clerk is inputting the data of a new customer, so they can't focus. The process is almost 30 minutes, even though in other places it can take 15 minutes to receive the results

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swab antigen disini nunggunya lama banget, gimana bisa apotik sebesar kimia farma menjadikan kasir ngerangkap sekaligus dokter untuk antigennya, sangat amat tidak efektif
The antigen swab here is a very long wait, how can a pharmacy as big as Kimia Farma make both cashiers and doctors for the antigens, very, very ineffective
