★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang ramah pelayan nya. pagi-pagi Benar di bikin kecewa dengan pelayanan. pasalnya Dateng ngomong mba ada obat buat sakit tipes (langsung di potong tuh pembicaraan) karena lupa bawa masker disuruh beli dulu. Udah beli harganya lumayan pula. Pas lanjut nanya lagi malah ngomong nya harus dengan resep dokter.. knpa tadi awal di potong pembicaraannya.hanguslah uang, ga bisa sarapan. Nasib orang perantauan. Sehat-sehat ya pelayannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahal, kadang diatas HET, tdk tersedia obat generik, dan pelayanan kurang ramah dibanding pesaingnya sebut saja K23 beberapa meter diutaranya
Expensive, sometimes above HET, generic drugs are not available, and the service is less friendly than its competitors, say K23 a few meters north

Yg pertama harga lebih mahal dr yg tertera di rak obat, dan yg terakhir beli alasan dikomputer stok kosong, tp barangnya ada, dan harus beli 2strip yg pasti harga jd lebih mahal krn butuhnya cuma 1strip. Dan hanya diberi nota tulis tangan. Yg sy pertanyakan, bagaimana SOP kasir dan stok barangnya? Kok bs tdk siap nota tercetak, dg alasan brg di komputer kosong. Klo pun bikin nota manual g ada yg bs tanggungjawab. G ada cap lunas, tgl, dll Sekelas kimia farma kok kalah sm apotek yg lain.

Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanannya. Petugas sangat tidak ramah, tanya tentang obat dijawab singkat gak dijelasin. Sangat beda dengan kimia farma cabang lainnya. Mau ngladenin keburu anak panas tinggi.
Tolong pimpinan kimia farma evaluasi itu petugas depannya mbak mbak yg pakai jilbab sangat tidak ramah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam 2 pagi mau beli obat , dengan resep di Allodokter ,dan butuh bgt udah ke k24 sampai 5 tempat obat kosong , dan ketemulah di kimia Farma tapi malah tidak di berikan dgn alasan harus resep dokter tertulis , trus klo obat itu sangat dibutuhkan dan penting banget orangnya apakah harus nunggu mati, sedangkan obatnya obat resep dokter dan jelas . pelayanannya sangat jelek bgt
