MIKIR2 YG MAU SWAB ANTIGEN DISINI
1. Sy br swab tgl 22 juni dan hy di masukan swab ke 1 hidung saja!!! Bayar 250rb dan hy terima dr jam 9-1 saja
2. Sebelum mulai, TIDAK DIKASIH liat prosedur alat2 swab (lidi sama board test) kalau masih BARU/SEGEL ke kita,
jd saya ga tau kemarin dia itu kasih qt baru atau bekas karena semua segel sudah di buka tanpa diperlihatkan di depan mata kita . Pdhal prosedur perkenalan alat masih segel/baru itu PENTING di dunia medis
3. Tidak terlihat ganti sarung tangan karena saat di panggil, disuruh isi data nama di meja yg banyak board tes (pulpen ga steril deh) dan tenaga medis sudah pk srg tangan + pegang swab lidi yg sudah terbuka (tdk tau baru ato sudah ganti krn lokasi swab di lt 3 dan qt nunggu di lt 2)
4. Petugas tdk ada ramah2 nya dalam menjawab pasien atau customer dan tdk ada petunjuk jelas untuk ngapain dl begitu sampai di lt2 (entah ke reception dl atau dikasih tau nomor antrian di mana dan hasil lama lebih dr 30 menit br dpt surat keterangan)
5. Dokter umum praktek tanpa apd hanya pakai selapis masker medis begitu juga dengan receptionis yg ga pakai APD dan sarung tangan
Pdhal.lantai 2 full pasien mau swab antigen
6. Kebersihannya sangat2 jelek. Tangga dr lantai 2 ke lantai 3 berdebu tidak disapuu
Pdhal apotik klinik lab tes disitu tp kebersihannya tdk dijaga
Jadi warga greenlake city mikir2 kl mau swab disini
Ga murah2 jugaa dan protokol kesehatan kurangg bgt

THINK THOSE WHO WANT ANTIGEN SWAB HERE
1. I just had a swab on June 22 and only put the swab in 1 nose!!! Pay 250 thousand and receive it from 9-1 only
2. Before starting, you will NOT be given a look at the procedure for the swab tools (stick and board test) if they are still NEW/SEAL to us,
So I don't know yesterday that he gave me a new or used qt because all the seals have been opened without being shown before our eyes. Even though the procedure for introducing the tool is still sealed/new, it's IMPORTANT in the medical world
3. It is not visible to change gloves because when called, they are told to fill in the name data on the table with lots of test boards (pens are not sterile) and medical personnel have taken their hands + hold a swab stick that is already open (don't know if it's new or has changed because the swab location is on the 3rd floor and qt is waiting on the 2nd floor
4. The officers are not friendly in responding to patients or customers and there are no clear instructions for what to do when they arrive at the 2nd floor (either going to reception dl or being told where the queue number is and the results take longer than 30 minutes to get a certificate)
5. General practitioners who practice without PPE only wear a layer of medical masks as well as receptionists who don't wear PPE and gloves
Pdhal. 2nd floor full of patients want antigen swab
6. The cleanliness is very bad. Stairs from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor are dusty not swept
Even though the pharmacy, clinic, test lab is there, but the cleanliness is not maintained
So the residents of Greenlake City are thinking about getting a swab here
It's not cheap either and the health protocol is really lacking

Antigen test here. The process is very long. I'm tired! Waste of time. Better go straight to Bumame.

Dental poly can't act if you use BPJS, even though they are both BUMN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah 2x kesini (klinik TK.1 BPJS juga disini) gak pernah kecewa kok, pelayanan nya bagus bagus aja.
I've been here twice (the BPJS TK.1 clinic is also here) I've never been disappointed, the service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunggu obat setengah jam, padahal cuman 2 obat. Pas ditanya masih lama atau ga malah petugasnya bingung. Bisik2 kedengeran kalo dia lupa taro resepnya dimana. Udah gitu ga pake senyum dan ga bilang maaf. Makin bete aja deh ah. Semoga lain kali lebih diperbaiki lagi ya pelayanannya.
Waiting for medicine for half an hour, even though there are only 2 drugs. When asked if it took a long time or not, the officers were confused. Whispers can be heard if he forgot where to put the recipe. That's it, don't smile and don't say sorry. It's getting worse ah. Hopefully next time the service will be improved again.
