★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk antrian pengambilan resep obat BPJS sangat lama... terlalu byk prosedur yg harusnya bisa lbh cepat.
Seharian tunggu dari pagi sampe malem. Ujung2nya ga bisa ambil obat dgn alasan blm cukup hari. Dari td ngapain aja?! baru kasih kabar setelah larut malam! Pelayanan sangat buruk, Tidak bisa ramah dlm penjelasan, terlalu lama penanganan, membiarkan customer membludak. Sepertinya komplen pun tdk ditanggapi. Kurang detail dlm memberi info kpd customer!
 The queue for taking BPJS drug prescriptions is very long... there are too many procedures that should be faster.
All day waiting from morning to night. In the end, I can't take medicine because I haven't had enough days. What have you been doing since then?! just let you know after a late night! Very bad service, can't be friendly in explanation, takes too long to handle, leaves customers booming. It seems that the complaint was not responded to. Lack of detail in providing information to customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sayang ya...apotik dengan jaringan terbesar tapi pelayanan pengambilan obatnya lama banget dengan 2 kali antri ; ambil nomor utk verifikasi data saja perlu lebih 2 jam nunggu dan antri lagi untuk ambil obat tambah lama (apa karena obat BPJS).
It's a shame... a pharmacy with the largest network, but the service for taking medicine is very long with 2 queues; just take a number for data verification, it takes more than 2 hours to wait and queue again to take the medicine for longer (is it because of BPJS medicine).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang baik ya.. saya datang pukul 12.30 hari sabtu, 12 Februari 2022. Info instirahat jam 1. Saya menunggu hingga 20menit di depan loket utk pembelian obat. Tapi tidak ada yg menangani 1orang pun. Hanya ada 1 yang sedang mengurus di kasir. Tidak ada satupun petugas yang memberikan info kepada saya apakah memang saya harus menunggu karena memang antrian dibelakang, atau setidakny memberikan arahan utk duduk. Padahal saya lihat dibelakang ada beberapa personil. Manajemen perlu dibenahi ?.. terimakasih
The service is not good, huh.. I came at 12.30 on Saturday, February 12, 2022. Rest info at 1. I waited for 20 minutes in front of the counter to buy medicine. But no one takes care of a single person. There is only 1 person taking care of the cashier. None of the officers gave me information whether I really had to wait because there was a queue at the back, or at least gave directions to sit down. Even though I saw behind there were several personnel. Management needs to be addressed ?.. thank you

Inside look like a nice apotik and
Good looking.
My recomendation, if you have urgent and you need fast service do not come here. Please choose other pharmacy are bigger than it.
