★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibu saya berobat disini pake BPJS , DOkternya tidak memeriksa dengan bener dan ketika dokter meminta ibu saya melakukan pemeriksaan lab dia tidak memberikan surat rujukan.
dan tidak memberikan penjelasan kemana ibu saya hrs pergi padahal ibu sy datang kesana bareng anak saya naik grabcar.
bener-bener tidak menghargai pasien
My mother was treated here using BPJS, the doctor did not check properly and when the doctor asked my mother to do a lab examination he did not provide a referral letter.
and did not provide an explanation of where my mother had to go even though my mother came there with my child by grabcar.
really don't respect the patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swab antigen udh yang kesekian kali dan pas nyoba disini sakit bgt bgt petugasnya jutek kasar grasa grusu udh gitu malah marah2 krn kesakitan sampe nangis. Ga banget sumpah padahal harganya di atas rata2. Kalo bukan krn jarak dan buru2, ogah bgt swab disini lagi.
Kalo apoteknya bagus dan lengkap, adminnya ramah.
The antigen swab has been done for the umpteenth time and when I tried it here, it really hurt, the staff was rude, I felt kind of gruff, and they were angry because they were in pain until they cried. Not really swear even though the price is above average. If it wasn't for the distance and the rush, I don't want to swab here anymore.
If the pharmacy is good and complete, the admin is friendly.
