★ ★ ★ ★ ★ merupakan apotek yang cukup lengkap dan buka 24 jam.lokasi amat sangat strategis..untuk harga standart kimia farma dan tidak memukul.namun pelayanannya agak lama terutama untuk obat2 tertentu yang menggunakan resep..
Tempat cukup nyaman namun sayang parkiran agak kurang untuk mobil
 is a fairly complete pharmacy and is open 24 hours. the location is very, very strategic ... for standard pharmaceutical chemical prices and does not hit. but the service is rather long, especially for certain drugs that use prescriptions ..
The place is quite comfortable but unfortunately the parking is a bit lacking for cars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagi ini sy ke Apotek Kimia farma jl.Magelang dgn kondisi bengkak dibagian gusi bawah, krn dokter gigi sy praktek besok jd sy menghbungi tante sy di Bali yg biasa menangani masalah gigi sy dulu. Sy diberi resep,ttp by chat.. sy minta obat yg hrs sy beli dgn menunjukkan chat tsb, krn ada obat anti biotik petugas apoteker meminta resepnya. Sy sampaikan klo itu resepnya, ttp ditolak..sy disarankan ke dokter gigi, sdh sy sampaikan alasannya, tetap tdk bisa,,,sy disarankan ke puskesmas untuk menyalin resep tsb. Sy sampaikan ke apotekernya klo sy jg hrs bekerja, jd berikan 1 sj obatnya dulu nanti klo sdh diksh resepsy akn kembali untuk sisanya, krn sy perlu 10 pcs.sy telpon tante sy dihadapan apoteker dn sy jg chat br sy dikirimi foto resepnya. Stelah panjang lebar dgn sakit gusiyg tdk tertahan akhirnya apoteker jawab,klo ada resep atopun tdk obatnya tdk ada.Pelayanan spt ini tdk mansiawi,,knapa tdk dijelaskan dr awal klo obat yg sy cari tdk ada ??? Tolong dijadikan perhatian bg management kimia farma ntuk melayani dgn hati krn yg datang orang sakit dn memerlukan obat ,ini masalah nyawa manusia.
This morning I went to Kimia Farma Pharmacy Jl. Magelang with a swollen condition in the lower gums, because my dentist is practicing tomorrow, so I contacted my aunt in Bali who used to treat my dental problems first. I was given a prescription, but by chat... I asked for the medicine I had to buy by showing the chat, because there was an anti-biotic drug the pharmacist asked for the prescription. I said that was the recipe, but it was rejected.. I was advised to go to the dentist, I've explained the reason, still can't,,, I was advised to go to the puskesmas to copy the recipe. I told the pharmacist that I also had to work, so just give 1 of the medicine first, later when the prescription is given, I will return for the rest, because I need 10 pcs. After a long time with unbearable gum pain, finally the pharmacist answered, if there is a prescription or not, the medicine is not available. Service like this is inhumane, why wasn't it explained from the start if the medicine I was looking for wasn't there??? Please pay attention to the management of pharma chemistry to serve with heart, because those who come are sick and need medicine, this is a matter of human life.
