★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24 jam, kalo pagi dateng kesini biasanya minta obat lewat pintu doang, saking nyokap kebiasaan dateng pagi, pas dateng petang hari. Nyokap cuma mencet mencet bel dan nunggu di depan pintu. Sumpah sih ini ngakak banget kalo inget pas nyokap cerita. Harga balsem disini naek mulu lah. Sebel,pertama naik goceng gamasalah eh lama lama naik lagi uda hampir limabelas ribu.

Seharusnya ada sapaan selamat dtg di apotek K24 ada yg bs kami bantu?
Cari obat apa bpk/ibu?
Untuk keluhan sakit apa?
Dan kasih tau jenis/merk obat yg kalian jual semua.
Untuk memberi pilihan ke CS.
Dan kasih keterangan yg jelas apa saja kegunaan obat tsb.
Jika bisa diberi tahu efek sampingnya, apakah cocok untuk ibu menyusui/tdk dsb.
Harus tau apa saja produk yg kalian jual.
Bukannya malah hanya menjual apa yg diminta CS.
Dan yg hanya terlihat,tidak mau menunjukan obat yg lain.
Asal cepet aja bilang ga ada.
Giliran ditanya merk ini ternyata ada.
Jadi si kasir/si apoteker sperti tidak berilmu.
Hanya sperti SPG di warung.
Hanya melayani apa yg diminta.
Tidak bisa memberikan konsultasi.
Mending di toko obat biasa pelayanan sudah kaya apoteker bisa memberi saran.
Spg Apotek K24 jika ditanya tidak tau apa2.
Tidak layak untuk menjadi apoteker.
Harus di ajari lagi karyawan2nya.

Receiving prescription drug and selling Over The Counter drugs too. Operating hours is 24 hours. During Covid -19 time, implemented new normal protocol. Physical Distancing: limiting only 2 customers inside the store, all staff wearing masker also mandatory for customer too, hand sanitizer is provided in the service table. Price is competitive with good quality product. Available order from their official website too, delivery is not available at this time. There is no ♿ access here. Parking is available within this ruko.
