★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat sangat mengecewakan.awalnya saya memesan di apotek k24 jl wakhid hasyim. begitu saya tiba di apotek, petugas apoteknya berbohong dg mengatakan pesanan sudah dibatalkan. padahal saya selaku pemesan, tidak pernah membatalkan pesanan. setelah saya tunggu solusi dr petugas, ternyata dia malah memindahkan tempat pengambilan produk pesanan saya. dan pemindahan lokasi itu tanpa sepengetahuan dan persetujuan saya. lokasi pindahnya pun sangat jauh dr rumah saya. saya datang ke apotek k24 jl wakhid hasyim yogyakarta pada hari senin pukul 14.00 WIB untuk mengambil pesanan saya berupa vitacimin sebanyak 12 strip. dan petugas yg memindahkan lokasi pengambilan pesanan adalah seorang perempuan.
tanpa meminta maaf sama sekali.
benar benar pelayanan yg sangat mengecewakan.
untuk informasi, saya sudah beberapa melakukan transasi melaluo aplikasi k24 klik.
dan pelayanan yg saya terima dr apotek k24 jl wakhid hasyim sangat jauh dari kata baik.
very very disappointing. at first I ordered at the K24 pharmacy jl wakhid hasyim. As soon as I arrived at the pharmacy, the dispensary clerk lied saying the order had been canceled. even though I, as the buyer, never canceled an order. after I waited for the clerk's solution, it turned out that he actually moved the place where my product was taken. and the relocation was without my knowledge and consent. the location of the move was very far from my house. I came to the K24 pharmacy jl wakhid hasyim yogyakarta on Monday at 14.00 WIB to take my order of 12 strips of vitacimin. and the officer who moved the order picking location was a woman.
without apologizing at all.
really a very disappointing service.
for information, I have made several transactions through the K24 Click application.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru dateng, minta obat radang, aku sebut obat yg biasanya aku beli, karna pake masker dan kehalang kaca etalase, apa ya harus mbak2 kasir menjawab dg hah heh hoh sama customer? Klo pun obat yg saya sebut ga ada, yaudah jawab dg sopan dan ramah. Beda sama mbak2 yg ngambilin obat saya, dia ttp ramah, ga kaya kasirnya. Pengetahuan obat bukan sepenuhnya ranah saya, wajar klo saya gatau obat apa saja. Tp jangan merespon customer dg sikap meremehkan sepeeti itu dong. Kecwaa bgt sama pelayanan nya.

Even if the medicine I mentioned is not available, then answer politely and kindly. Unlike the ladies who took my medicine, she is still friendly, not like the cashier. Knowledge of medicine is not entirely my domain, it's only natural that I don't know what medicine. But don't respond to customers with such disdain. Very disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ketika dateng ke apotek ini, tempatnya bersih, disini memggunakan garis pembatas yang ditaruh dan ada tentunya menggunakan pembatas transparan di kasir agar ada jarak antara apoteker dan pembeli untuk menghindari atau mencegah penularan virus Covid-19.
Bangunannya agak mundur dari jalan raya sehingga ada tempat parkirnya walaupun tidak begitu luas. Tempatnya juga bersih.
Untuk pelayanannya juga cukup memuaskan.
