★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman hari ini, sekitar jam 12 malam, petugas yg melayani kurang ramah dan cuek. Entah mgkn karena sudah malam, capek dan perempuan.
Karena saya gak tau kalo pelayanan melalui loket, saya dorong pintu tapi terkunci, ada mbaknya di belakang etalase kaca tpi cuma memberikan penjelasan dari tempatnya dimana dia pake masker, dan saya tidak dengar jelas sampe dia berteriak membentak supaya ke loket.
Mgkn sebaiknya sedikit berjalan menghampiri supaya yg d luar pintu bisa dengar dengan jelas, gak jauh juga daripada memberikan kesan yg buruk
