★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kemarin ayah saya beli obat di sini, lalu melihat ada bapak2 lainnya lagi bertanya untuk obat, namun tidak dilayani dengan baik. Ada 4 orang di sana, saat ditanya ayah saya kenapa bapak2 itu dilayani dengan ketus dijawab “Habis bapak itu maunya yang murah”. Miris dengarnya, apotek yg harusnya menjadi salah satu pelayanan kesehatan memiliki layanan buruk dan seperti tidak ada etika membeda-bedakan pembeli. Tolong apabila pemilik apotek membaca ini, ditindaklanjuti dan diperbaiki pelayanannya.
Yesterday my father bought medicine here, then saw that there were other gentlemen asking for medicine, but they were not served well. There were 4 people there, when my father asked why the gentlemen were served with a curt reply, "After all, you want something cheap". It's sad to hear that pharmacies which should be one of the health services have bad services and there seems to be no ethics to discriminate between buyers. Please if the pharmacy owner reads this, follow up and improve the service.
