★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong di tingkatan lagi pelayanannya, bukannya di tanggapim cepet dikasih obat malah lama bngt, jngn bnyakan pelayan percuma bnyak juga nggaa cepat, buat kemananan juga percuma ada CCTV tiap datang ke GAMA selalu barang hilang

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always manjur. Pertolongan pertama selalu kesini. Apoteknya tergolong murah. Namun dokternya memang mahal. Lingkungan baik. Para pekerja tidak terlalu judes. Ada optik disini. Sangat lengkap sekalo fasilitas optiknya. Thanksyou dokter
Always effective. First aid is always here. The pharmacy is cheap. But the doctor is expensive. Good environment. The workers are not too bitchy. There is optics here. Very complete with one optical facility. Thanksyou doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dongg ini pelayanannya ditingkatkan. Udh 2x masalah di pelayanan apotik gama balaraja. Pertama, kesalahan fatalll bangetttt sampai bisa salah ngasih obat. Kedua, pelayan tdk ramah. Saya sudah nunggu untuk mengantri eh malah nglayanin org yg baru datang, gimana ceritanya coba. Giliran ditegur malah marahan dia. Astagaaaa... udh males sebenernya beli obat di gama karna pelayanannya yg kurang baik.
Please improve the service. Udh 2x problems in the service of the Gama Balaraja pharmacy. First, a fatall error is so bad that you can give the wrong medicine. Second, the waiter is not friendly. I've been waiting to wait in line, but instead I serve the people who just came, how about you try it. It was his turn to be reprimanded and even angry with him. Jeez ... already lazy, actually buying medicine in Gamma because the service is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jumat malam ,27 Agustus 2021 saya minta keponakan saya untuk beli Susu SGM LLM+ ke apotek gama, Balaraja. Karena anak saya sedang dirawat dirumah sakit ilanur dengan gejala diare. Karena ketidaktahuan saya bahwa susu SGM LLM+ hanya diperuntukkan untuk bayi berusia 0 sd 12 bln, akhirnya susu tersebut tidak dapat digunakan sesuai saran dokter. Karena ank saya sudah berusia 14 bln lebih 1 minggu. Dan disarankan untuk mengganti susu tsb, Dengan susu SGM jenis Soya.
Karena sdh malam, saya mengurungkan untuk malam itu juga mengganti dengan susu yang disarankan dokter. Saya berpikir, mudah mudahan besok pagi, saya bisa menukar susu tsb. Di apotek gama ini.
Akan tetapi, saya sangat terkejut!! Saat keesokan harinya ,Sabtu 28 Agustus 2021 siang, saya kembali meminta keponakan saya untuk menukar susu LLM+ ini dengan susu SGM SOYA . Dikarenakan alasan seperti yang tertera didalam struk, bahwa barang yg sdh dibeli, tdk dapat dikembalikan lagi.
Saya sangat kecewa dengan cara pelayanan toko /apotek seperti ini. Bagaimana mungkin barang, dengan struk yg masih asli dan susu yg masih tersegel belum dirusak, kurang dari 24 jam tdk dpt dikembalikan atau diretur dengan barang jenis lain, hanya karena alasan tulisan tertera tsb. Bahkan saya bersedia menambahkan biaya, jika harganya terdapat selisih. Masa apotek sekelas gama, yg sdh punya byk cabang it. Kalah dengan toko2 kecil atau modern market , yg jika ad kesalahan pembelian masih dpt diretur atau diganti dengan produk lain. Dimana perlindungan konsumen kalau seperti ini..?
Friday night, August 27, 2021, I asked my nephew to buy SGM LLM+ milk at the Gama Pharmacy, Balaraja. Because my child is being treated at the Ilanur hospital with symptoms of diarrhea. Due to my ignorance that SGM LLM+ milk is only intended for babies aged 0 to 12 months, finally the milk cannot be used according to the doctor's advice. Because my son is 14 months and 1 week old. And it is recommended to replace the milk, with SGM type Soya milk.
Because it was night, I canceled it for the same night, replacing it with milk that was recommended by the doctor. I thought, hopefully tomorrow morning, I can exchange the milk. In this gamma pharmacy.
However, I was very surprised!! The next day, Saturday, August 28, 2021 afternoon, I again asked my nephew to exchange this LLM+ milk for SGM SOYA milk. Due to the reason as stated in the receipt, that the goods that have been purchased cannot be returned.
I am very disappointed with the way the store / pharmacy service is like this. How is it possible that goods, with original receipts and milk that are still sealed and not tampered with, in less than 24 hours cannot be returned or returned with other types of goods, just because of the reasons stated above. Even I am willing to add a fee, if there is a difference in the price. It's a Gama class pharmacy, which already has many branches. Lost with small shops or modern markets, which if there is a purchase error, it can still be returned or replaced with another product. Where is consumer protection like this?

Padahal udah liat langsung lukanya .. banyak kariawan tapi menyesatkan terkadang saya sedikit curiga juga sama kariawan apotek gama sama dulu pernah beli obat Blackmores di kariawan yg satu bilangnya 150rb di kariawan satunya 148rb udah mah yg c 500
