★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diapotik tu qt melayani.gmn carany pasien tu membeli tanpa ada kendala....kalo cara pelayanan xan seperti tu.cm gara2 g d kembalian msa orang g jd membeli,,,bahkan bhasa anda j seperti tdak dlm ruang bekerja....saya denger xan ngatain saya.bahkan d yg teriak mampus ketika motor saya g idup.dan tany kenapa saya fto.baru x ne k apotik pelayanan ny bgtu.saya jg diapotik mb2 yg msih muda.jga etitude xan.saya bs j marah....tp sy lebih punya etitude dibandingkan xan.semoga allah yg mbalas
Diapotik tu qt serve.gmn how can the patient buy without any constraints .... if the way of serving xan like tu.cm because I can't change the people can not buy ,,, even your language is not like in the office ... I hear xan say me. even the one who screamed dead when my motorbike turned on. And I ask why I am fto.baru x ne k apotik the service is really that. I am also treated by mb2 which is still young. .tp I have more etitude than xan. I hope Allah will be the reciprocator

Seharusnya dipecat saja.. biar belajar tatakrama dulu dan belajar melayani pembeli

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli disini g pernah dikasih BON/NOTA padahal ada tulisanya klo beli tidak dikasih bon dikembalikam uang nya 2X...entah maksudnya ngeledek apa gmn
Buying here was never given a BON/NOTE even though it says that if you buy it, you don't get a receipt, the money will be returned 2X... I don't know what that means

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong untuk pemilik Apotek Dharma ini, karyawannya di training dengan baik dan benar. Sama customer nggak ada ramah-ramah nya sama sekali. Ditanya apa jawabnya Ketus dan jutek.
Yang ramah melayani customer cuma karyawan yang laki-laki saja yang pakai kacamata. Kalau yang lainnya pada sok berasa udah ngerti segala tentang obat kali ya dokter bukan tapi sok. Paling juga mentok sekolah cuman SMK doang.
Bukan ingin menjelekkan tetapi sebagai Customer kami sudah sepatutnya dilayani dengan baik, di apotek ini kami beli bukan minta. Kalau masih jadi karyawan atau kerja ikut orang nggak usah pada sok dokter juga bukan. Kalau kinerja karyawan Apotek Dharma ini seperti itu terus Saya jamin cepat atau lambat bakal sepi customer nya. Pengen rasanya berkata kasar saat menerima pelayanan yang tidak baik dan tidak ramah sama sekali. Orang kampung baru kerja di apotek sdh berasa jadi dokter kali. Kalian itu kasar nya cuma buruh. Gaji gak seberapa tapi jutek dan gak ramah nya luar biasa. Sangat buruk.

The salary is not much, but the jutek and friendliness is amazing. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apotek stress , jadi saya beli Rifampicin 450mg Minggu 20 feb 2022 sekitar jam 4 an . Setelah saya nerima obatnya saya sengaja stay dulu di motor untuk mengecek apakah saya diberi BON atau Struk nya , ternyata tidak. setelah itu saya sengaja ke warung dulu untuk beli roko dll. Dan ketika saya balik lagi untuk menagih yang katanya no struk gratis / 2x ternyata nihil. Mba kasirnya dengan muka jutek cuma menjawab . iyaa bang tadi kertasnya lagi abis, pdhl dstu saya bilang " ini gratis kan ya ba , soalnya saya udh sampe rumah ga nerima struk" heleh alih2 gratis no struk tai.
The pharmacy was stressed, so I bought Rifampicin 450 mg Sunday, February 20, 2022 around 4 o'clock. After I received the medicine I purposely stayed on the motorbike first to check if I was given the BON or the receipt, apparently not. after that I purposely went to the shop first to buy cigarettes etc. And when I came back to collect what they said was no free receipt / 2x it turned out to be nothing. Mba the cashier with a jutek face just answered. Yes, bro, the paper was running out, but then I said "it's free, isn't it, because I've arrived home and haven't received the receipt." Heleh, it's free, no receipt.
