★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat tidak memuaskan karna judes bgt, saya sudah menyebutkan jumlah dan nama obat dengan benar, sepertinya apotekernya salah dengar pas saya koreksi jumlahnya dia malah ga terima malah jawab ketus padahal dia yg salah denger. Baru kali ini sih dilayani begini biasanya belanja obat di delta ramah2... Kejadian tgl 5 maret 2022 sekitar jm 10 an. Semoga diperbaiki sikapnya sama pelanggan
The service was very unsatisfactory because it was really bitchy, I had correctly stated the amount and the name of the medicine, it seems that the pharmacist misheard when I corrected the amount, he didn't even accept it, instead he replied curtly even though he heard it wrong. This is the first time it's served like this, usually shopping for drugs at the friendly delta... It happened on March 5, 2022 around 10 am. Hopefully the attitude with the customer will be improved
