★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hampir setiap bulan orang tua saya selalu menebus obat (amaryl dan vitamin) disini, namun pada hari minggu 22 maret 2020 sekitar pukul 8 pagi, orang tua saya mendapat perlakuan tidak mengenakan dari salah satu karyawan apotik ini. Sejak awal datang pelayanan salah satu karyawan sangat jutek dan sempat menyindir dan mengumpat orang tua saya (pelan namun terdengar) ibu saya langsung keluar karna perlakuan itu. Ayah saya yang di dalam yang juga mendengar tetap sabar karna melihat karyawan itu perempuan. Sampai akhirnya kwitansi yang dibuat telah selesai. Namun kwitansi yang di buat salah ayah saya meminta untuk diperbaiki, umpatan salah satu karyawan makin kencang dan terlihat sangat tidak pantas. Akhirnya ayah dan ibu saya habis kesabaran dan membentak karyawan itu.
Semoga pemilik apotik ini bisa membaca dan melihat CCTV saya berani bertanggung jawab dengan apa yang saya tulis disini. Semoga cepat ditangani masalah ini. Agar pelanggan apotik ini tidak kabur karna kelakuan oknum karyawan.
Almost every month my parents always redeem drugs (amaryl and vitamins) here, but on Sunday 22 March 2020 around 8 o'clock in the morning, my parents received no treatment from one of the pharmacy employees. Since the beginning, the service of one of the employees was very dirty and had time to satirize and swear my parents (slowly but heard) my mother immediately quit because of the treatment. My father inside who also listened remained patient because he saw the employee as a woman. Until finally the receipts made were completed. But the receipts that were made wrong by my father asked to be corrected, the curse of one of the employees became louder and seemed very inappropriate. Eventually my mother and father ran out of patience and yelled at the employee.
Hopefully the owner of this pharmacy can read and see CCTV I dare to be responsible for what I write here. Hopefully this problem is quickly addressed. So that pharmacy customers do not run away because of the behavior of unscrupulous employees.
