Tapi kesini pelayanan terutama mbak2 yang muda kek gada interaksi antara penjual dan pembeli.

unfriendly service, want to buy medicine, there is a medicine but says no, because the waiter is not looking for it first. just as long as you say nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu kecewa ketika beli disini. Klo ad yg brtnya, kecewa tapi kok kesitu trs?? Jwbnnya krna yg dkt dgn rumah. Tp untuk kali ini bnr2 kapok dan tidak mau bli dsini lg. Pelayanannya yg tdk ramah dan tidak bijak.
Saya: bu, mau beli antasida doen.
Apotek: (ambil obat)
Saya: ada yg lain dri ini gak bu? Biasanya bkn yg ini.
Apotek: gak ada
Saya: saya kmrn jg blinya disini, ini fungsinya sama kan obtnya?
Apotek: itu dibaca kan bisa ada tulisannya
Saya: (baca ya bisa aja, tapi kan lbh baik dijelaskan krn itu udh tgsnya pelayan apotek )
Apotek: apa lagi
Saya: paracetamol
Apotek: (ambil obt ke belakang)
Saya: yang selain ini ada gak bu,yg bngkusnya polos
Apotek : (ambil lagi ke belakang)
Saya: bukan yg ini bu . Soalnya kalo yg ini gak cocok.
Apotek: mosok tho kan sama aja paracetamol.
Saya: lah kalo saya cocoknya yg ini. (Tapi sama aja, sama pelayannya diberi yg bukan yg saya minta, batin saya ya sdhlah mls debat)
Saya: oia bu, kalau renovit gold capsul yg isi pling dikit harganya berapa ya? Ini saya tanya dlu harganya. Klo uang saya cukup saya beli.
Apotek: ada. Paling sedikit ya ini. (Sambil nunjukin renovitnya tanpa mengambilnya)
Saya: harganya berapa bu?
Apotek: sekitar 90 sampai seratusan .
Saya: lha kok sekitar, minta tlg utk dicek harganya brp. (Batin saya ya krn di depannya dia ada mesin kasir,biasanya kan bisa langsung dicek disitu)
Apotek: ini gak ada harganya, harus nyari dikertas ini. (Sambil bwa kertas kecil yg tulisannya dikit)
Saya: gitu ya, emang gk bisa di cek? Krn utk ngitung uang saya cukup tidak. (Karna niat saya mau bliin buat ibu saya, yg masih pemulihan krn kena covid, tp karna saya gk bwa banyak uang,nanti ndak kurang,kalo kurang saya bisa beli besoknya lg)
Apotek: ini saya mau buat laporan kas, gak ad waktu. Kalo mbknya mau beli ya saya cek kan. Kalo egak ya gak saya cek.
Saya : (dengan kesal bilang) yo wes buk rasido . Rasah tuku aku. Wes kui wae.
Apotek: oh iki mb hrgne .......
Saya: yo.wes tak tuku sisan duitku cukup. (Batin saya. Ini yg terakhir beli disini, pelayanan yg begitu mengecewakan)
Padahal ibu itu tau kalo saya sudah langganan beli di apotek ini. Lalu apa hubungannya cek harga dengan dia yang mau buat laporan kas? Dan kalau ngecek harga apakah harus beli? Apakah cek harga itu butuh waktu yang lama, kalo memang tdk tahu bisakah bicaranya dengan bahasa dan nada yg baik?
Bukannya pembeli itu adalah raja.
Always disappointed when buying here. If there's a new one, I'm disappointed but why is it still there?? The answer is because it is close to home. But for this time, many have given up and don't want to buy here anymore. The service is unfriendly and unwise.
Me: ma'am, I want to buy an antacid.
Pharmacy: (take medicine)
Me: is there anything else from this, ma'am? Usually not this one.
Pharmacy: none
Me: I also bought it here, it's the same function, right?

Me: if I fit this one. (But it's the same, the waiter was given something that wasn't what I asked for, I thought to myself, I've been debating)
Me: oh, ma'am, how much is the Renovit gold capsule filled with the least amount? I first asked the price. If I have enough money I will buy it.
Pharmacy: Yes. At least this is it. (While showing the renovation without taking it)
Me: how much is it, ma'am?
Pharmacy: about 90 to a hundred .
Me: How come it's around, ask for a plg to check the price. (In my mind, because in front of him there is a cash register, usually you can check it right there)
Pharmacy: this has no price, you have to look for this paper. (While carrying a small piece of paper with little writing on it)
Me: I see, can't it be checked? Krn to count my money is not enough. (Because my intention is to buy it for my mother, who is still recovering due to covid, but because I don't have much money with me, it won't be lacking later, if it's not enough, I can buy it the next day)
Pharmacy: I want to make a cash report, I don't have time. If you want to buy it, I'll check it. If not, I won't check.

Me: yo.wes I don't have enough money left. (I thought to myself. This is the last time I bought here, such a disappointing service)
Even though the mother knew that I had subscribed to buy at this pharmacy. Then what does the price check have to do with him wanting to make a cash report? And if you check the price, should you buy it? Does the price check take a long time, if you don't know can you speak in a good language and tone?
