★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk... Beda dengan apotek berkat Palem Semi. Pukul 08.49, tidak ada kembalian dan tidak ada solusi. Pegawai tidak ada inisiatif.
The service is bad... Different from the pharmacy thanks to Palem Semi. At 08.49, no change and no solution. Employees have no initiative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelum masuk pengunjung diwajibkan memakai masker untuk mencegah penyebaran covid19.
Obat-obatan cukup lengkap dan harganya sangat terjangkau. Tidak begitu banyak antrian di siang hari.
Pelayanan kasir sangat ramah dan menjelaskan produk dengan jelas sehingga mudah dimengerti.
Meskipun ada beberapa stok produk yang kosong, pelayan tetap ramah dan merekomendasikan produk lain yang sejenis & memiliki fungsi yang sama.
Terkadang juga mereka menawarkan produk suplemen/multivitamin diluar obat resep dokter yang sedang kita cari... Namun, saran saya jika anda sedang mengonsumsi obat dari rumah sakit sebaiknya tidak mengonsumsi obat lain diluar obat rumah sakit, agar pengobatan dari rumah sakit bisa maksimal.
Tapi kembali lagi ke pilihan anda masing-masing yaa

Before entering, visitors are required to wear a mask to prevent the spread of covid19.
The medicine is quite complete and the price is very affordable. Not so many queues during the day.
The cashier service is very friendly and explains the product clearly so it's easy to understand.
Even though there are some empty product stocks, the waiter is still friendly and recommends other similar products & has the same function.
Sometimes they also offer supplement / multivitamin products outside of the doctor's prescription drugs that we are looking for ... However, my advice is that if you are taking medication from the hospital, you should not take other drugs outside of hospital medicines, so that the treatment from the hospital can be maximized.
But back to your choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apotek berkat buka baru kayaknya belum setahunan. Pelayanannya ramah tempatnya juga bersih. Nggak perlu lama-lama untuk dapat obat dari resep. Area parkir luas dan ada Tukang parkirnya. 1 deretan dengan PC dan Apotek Roxy.
Thanks to the new pharmacy opening, it seems like it hasn't been a year since. Friendly service, the place is also clean. It doesn't take long to get the drug from a prescription. The parking area is large and there is a parking lot. 1 row with PC and Roxy Pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penyerahan obat tgl 16 nov 21 . Jam 22.00 yg Tdk dijelaskan cara pakainya? baru tau disini aja sih yg lain enggak bgini. Klo beli obat generik ada minimal beli 2 strip. Bukan nggak punya uang mba tapi disuruh dokternya cuma sesuai kebutuhan aja . bgtu jd mohon jangan membedakan customer yg beli harga murah dan mahal . Dan terapkan senyum salam sapanya jngn judes ?masukan aja
Delivery of drugs on 16 November 21 . It's 22.00 where it's not explained how to use it? I just found out here that the others aren't like this. If you buy generic drugs, there is a minimum of 2 strips. It's not that I don't have money, madam, but the doctor told me to only do what I needed. So, please don't discriminate between customers who buy cheap and expensive prices. And apply a greeting smile don't be rude ? just enter it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apoteker nya sangat tidak ramah, ketus dan jutek. Mohon diseleksi lagi dalam pemilihan pegawai terutama untuk pelayanan publik. Such a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prtma kali belanja disana dikasi pengalaman yg gaenakin. Cuma grgr gaada kembalian masa disuruh nuker duit dulu diluar udh gitu udh ngantri panjang pas udh dipanggil malah disuruh nuker uang dulu gimana sih harusnya sbg customer dihormatin dong jgn mentang2 belanja dgn nominal kecil malah diperlakukan seenaknya! Ada yg tau ig/akun yg bs dilaporin ke customer care nya gk ini biar jera tuh kasir nya.
The first time I shopped there, I was given a pleasant experience. It's just that there's no change when I'm told to change money outside, there's already a long queue when I've been called, instead I've been told to change money first. How should a customer be respected, don't be afraid to shop with a small amount instead, be treated arbitrarily! Does anyone know the ig/account that can be reported to customer care or not so that the cashier will be deterred.
