Please, for halodoc orders, don't make toys, this has happened many times, no medicine, slow notifications, employees are just joking, we work not joking, waited almost 1 hour, no medicine, just a waste of my time please fix it, employees don't joke keep going

Saya membeli Obat melalui Halodoc, dikeranjang Halodoc tertulis OBP (Obat Batuk Putih), Tetapi yang dikirim ternyata OBH (Obat Batuk Hitam).
Padahal Saya sudah berharap obat itu ada.
Tolong diperbaiki Pelayanannya. Seharusnya Jika memang Obat yg dipesan tidak ada, Paling tidak bisa di komunikasikan/dikonfirmasi ulang bahwa barang tidak ada. MOHON Tanggapannya, terima kasih.
Dan tolong di Google dicantumkan No.tlf yg dapat dihubungi agar dapat mempermudah komunikasi. Terima kasih banyak.
I am very Disappointed with Afifah Pharmacy,
I bought medicine through Halodoc, in Halodoc's basket it said OBP (White Cough Medicine), but what was sent turned out to be OBH (Black Cough Medicine).
Though I had hoped the drug was there.
Please improve the service. It should be that if the medicine ordered is not available, at least it can be communicated/reconfirmed that the item is not there. PLEASE respond, thank you.
And please include a telephone number that can be contacted on Google so that it can facilitate communication. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga obat yg dijual semuanya diatas harga HET (Harga Eceran Tertinggi) padahal ini di kota bukan di pedesaan atau dipedalaman pulau. Disitu sudah tertera HET nya tp pas ditanya kenapa jual dengan harga diluar HET pegawainya malah balik nanya “jadi beli apa ngga” .. tolong yg punya apotik agar lebih diperhatikan lagi. Juga attitude pegawainya sangat sangat jauh dari kata ramah.
The prices of the drugs sold are all above the HET (Highest Retail Price) price even though this is in the city, not in the countryside or in the interior of the island. The HET was already listed there, but when asked why they were selling at a price other than HET, the employee asked, "So what do you buy?" Also the attitude of the employees is very, very far from friendly.
