★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serves one of (if not) the best Hainanese chicken rice in the city. I personally recommend order the chicken rice with pork; this restaurant can really harmonise these two to arrange a full-on Beethoven-tier symphony in your mouth. Only issue I have is the location. Were this fine restaurant be somewhere more accessible, I would be a daily customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambiance, nice people, and most importantly: fantastic chicken. Every single bite of the steamed chicken is springy, savory and full of flavors. The garlic aroma comes through in every slice and, oh man, the chicken sauce made from soy sauce and chicken broth will truly make you keep eating. Apollo is famous, and it deserves every bit of its reputation.
It's pretty pricey at IDR 50k+ per plate though, and the charsiew pork is way too sweet for my taste.
