★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartemen ini pakai listrik token, listrik suruh isi sendiri. Jadi harga tidak termasuk listrik, apalagi klu mau sewa 1 minggu lebih, harua isi token sendiri. Di unit lumayan berisik oleh suara token² diruangan sebelah yg pd abis. Unit yg sy sewa tidak disediakan sapu, wastafel mampet, tidak disediakan hanger di lemari. Ibarat hotel, ini belum kelas bintang, masih kelas melati. Tidak ada ATM, tempat makan sedikit, tidak ada pool, tidak ada parkir mobil yg beratap atau di dalam gedung, semua parkir diluar gedung. Ada alfamart, laundry dan bbrp toko.
This apartment uses electricity tokens, you have to charge it yourself. So the price does not include electricity, especially if you want to rent for more than 1 week, you have to fill in your own token. In the unit it is quite noisy by the sound of tokens in the next room which is finished. The unit I rented was not provided with a broom, the sink was clogged, a hanger was not provided in the cupboard. Like a hotel, this is not yet a star class, it is still a jasmine class. There are no ATMs, few places to eat, no pool, no roofed car park or inside the building, all parking outside the building. There is an Alfamart, laundry and several shops.

1. Very bad service from the marketing office. (All marketing person here unfriendly and the security attitude was impolite)
2. front access prone to flooding, cuz to near with Kalimalang river.
(You can googling it, how dirty the river)
3. Tiny unit and high price.
So I'm not recommend this place.
