★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment building is quite old and worn out. There was a gossip that the A tower is haunted. My father saw a floating bloody head looking at him through the window when he stayed here. The apparition happened possibly due to the deaths that happened during the massacre in the year 1998.
I would not reccomend living in this apartment unless if you have extra cash to renovate the rooms. It could be pretty noisy because of a factory or a warehouse (I suppose?) Behind the building. There are multiple stores, restaurants and clinics in the apartment and near it. The location of this apartment is good. There is a tennis court and a basketball court, plus a huge swimming pool. Most of facilities have also aged, but still usable and are decent. I'd fancy this apartment if they'd rehabilitate it.
