★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup nyaman disini, sebanding dengan harganya.
Parkir muat puluhan mobil, didepan maupun basement, lokasi dekat dengan Bandara, Mall, dan berada di jalur utama antar kota.
Ada kolam renang di public area, Masjid juga dekat dengan lokasi.
Pelayanan?,... Emm mungkin cukup responsif ya.
Dan menurut saya, penghuni tetapnya cukup ramah, lupakan gejala hustle culture (:
Ahh satu lagi yang paling saya suka, bonus viewnya bebas lega ke arah utara, Merapi tampak sexy. Dari gedung sisi utara yaa.
 Quite comfortable here, worth the price.
Parking fits dozens of cars, in front and in the basement, the location is close to the airport, mall, and is on the main route between cities.
There is a swimming pool in the public area, the mosque is also close to the location.
Service?,... Erm maybe quite responsive huh.
And in my opinion, the permanent residents are friendly enough, forget about the hustle culture symptoms (:
Ahh one more thing that I like the most, the bonus view is that the view is free to the north, Merapi looks sexy. From the north side of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan oke dan harga memang ekonomis. Jadi jgn terlalu berekspetasi tinggi sekali. Pas mandi listrik mati. Sprei, bantal, selimut baunya keringet campur parfum laundry dan bekas rokok jd banyak yg bolong. Semoga next time bisa lebih bagus lagi. ?
Service is okay and prices are economical. So don't get your expectations too high. When taking a shower the electricity goes out. The sheets, pillows, blankets smell like sweat mixed with laundry perfume and cigarette marks, so there are a lot of holes. Hopefully next time can be even better. ?

Kamarnya kotor, banyak hewannya juga. Gadisedian alat mandi (sabun, shampo, pasta gigi) ada aqua galon tp gelasnya kotor trus bau juga, tv gabisa nyala. Selimutnya juga bau banget
Very disappointed.
The room is dirty, lots of animals too. There is a gallon of aqua gallon for toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste) but the glass is dirty and smells bad too, the TV can't turn on. The blanket smells really bad too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur kecewa bgt karna kamar kotor. Temboknya banyak noda2 , sprei sm selimut jg kotor bgt. Tv ga bisa nyala. Di kamar banyak tomcat, nyamuk juga. Ga ada alat mandi (sabun, pasta gigi, shampo) Disediain gelas, tp gelasnya bau bgt . Bener bener ga terawat sm sekali.
Honestly, really disappointed because the room was dirty. The walls have lots of stains, the sheets and blankets are also very dirty. Tv can't turn on. In the room a lot of tomcat, mosquitoes too. There are no toiletries (soap, toothpaste, shampoo) A glass is provided, but the glass smells really bad. It's really not taken care of at all.

Checkout pake agoda harga hampir 300an. Pas masuk parah banget kaya kamar kos. Kasur kecil sprei seadanya buluk pula. Air wastafel bau. Shower mati. Air minum disediain galonan doang. Handuk belel. Odol gak ada sikat gigi jg gak ada. Gak lagi lagi kesini. Zonk bgt

Checkout using agoda the price is almost 300s. When you enter, it's really bad like a boarding room. Small mattress, makeshift bed linen too. Smelly sink water. Showers off. Only gallons of drinking water are provided. Bell towel. There is no toothpaste, nor is there any toothbrush. No longer here. great zone
